If you say what needs to fix in ini file of Ejecting pilots mod  to make it works in SF2 i will say thanks to you and i will push like button. I see it in your scrihnshot

I don't know which mod has given me ejecting pilots. Is it a stock effect?

No, you instaled this mod and forgot about it. i bet you did many years ago, ha-ha. I had this mod working to and i installed it many years ago too but i deleted effect folder to rework and forgot how i made Ejecting pilots mod working in SF2  many years ago

in your MiG-15b_Userlist.INI is [Soviet] instead of [Bolivia] so aircraft will be wrong generated in quick combat missions with wrong marks at a wrong side. needed to fix.
