Game Not Creating the "Saved Games" files

i installed all games in win10 all work fines but not create the game folders and files how can solved?

See, in Basic Knowledge section of the website, a tutorial written by MigBuster about game's files and how they work. I suggest, if you are new around, to take a good look there to all tutorials. They will answer to a lot of your questions.
