I am not sure if this was posted on the Tech issues but when I try to use WOTR and WOFF I get

UISEL.xml error - Goto Workshops and reset WOTR!!

No reset in my workshops so how to fix please?

Did you try reinstalling? There are some specific steps to take to make sure you get a completely clean reinstall, I think the instructions are in the faq. As Robert mentioned on the other forum, you can use his backup program to save your pilots. Unfortunately, that's the best I got...

On a related note, I don't know why the "thumbs up" guy seems so ambivalent about the whole thing on this forum...

Could be Windows locking the file - it does seem to have oddities with permissions/file protection sometimes.  In extended playing sessions, try closing WOFF, and perhaps restarting Windows at least once if you keep seeing that.
