Something got lost in the translation, I don't understand anything past "Thanks, Erik." -

Since you have good reference material it wouldn't be anything to throw it into freehand and make up an entire font set. What I do see that seems to be a variation in what's released is the numbers on the fuselage are solid (FU-108) where the numbers on the vertical stab are stenciled (8 have a noticeable cut in the top and bottom). I see what you mean about the "F" though. -

I have never seen that font, can you show me an example? I have these if any of them interest you. -

Wood was banned through regulation because it splinters, however the certified method as officially printed, "any metal or steel object weighing 3 lbs. or less that can obtain an in-motion velocity greater than 120 mph." -

I don't understand how this is a "marquee example." There are real people behind these projects and I dare anyone to stand up to the kind of daily scrutiny they receive and not get frustrated. Most of it isn't what is said as much as how it's said. It happens, we move on, no big deal. To draw the conclusion that this is in any way destruction I beg to differ. It's called passion and you can either elect to support it and help it continue to grow or you can jump on the band wagon and see who wants to listen to more complaints. I would offer you that your post does more to destroying anything than any outburst I've ever seen from the modders, moderators, or staff here. I'm not into banning people, but thank you kindly for the permission. -
Given it was 10 years old do you have any idea what the TTAF was? So you guys do D Checks up there? Very nice.

Because you're a good person and you make us laugh when we are trying so hard to be a pain in your ass. -

You need to consult your hard copy again. Some F's were actually E's and some E's were D's. Depending on where development stood and the purchase contract stood (built versus contracted) procurement happened as funding and building allowed. -

This entire discussion boils down to just a few things. We want you to learn how to mod your own game to make it more enjoyable for you. There is an entire knowledge base available to you and if you ask the right questions on how to get things done, you'll more than likely get the answers. Instead of hey this is wrong try I'd like to change the tail numbers in my game, how would I do that? Modifying the serial numbers it turns out is a rather simple thing to do. Wrench shared this and i would suggest that you take the time to modify these files to make your models as historically correct as you're comfortable with. Once you drill down far enough you'll get to a file with a bunch of targa graphics (.tga files) in it. You will see, as an example, FNum001.tga for FU number and SNum001.tga for the serial number. Each file relates to itself by number FNum023 goes with SNum023 and so on. Open and change those files in your favorite graphic editor, save, and you're all set. I also see that in some of the files their are PNames for pilot names in there also but not for all aircraft. Have fun and feel free to share your work when you're done. -
Did you get any snaps of it re-outfitted before it departed?

Can you be more specific -AND- provide pictures or reference material for your concerns about what you think is inaccurate? Maybe what you're reading is inaccurate or you're not comprehending completely what is being said. Thanks. -
Bombardier builds a decent aircraft with a decent range and ceiling, couldn't have been that big of headache. In this economy we need a lot more of that to spread around. Nice job getting it back airworthy. Was it a repo?

I knew something was important today and it was either changing the bed pan or my birthday. Glad it was the later. Thanks all.

Checked. Everything here on our end looks good. Sounds like you're having connection issues. Try pinging our server and see if you get any packet loss. Let me know.

Network error message which means there's a connection problem between you and us. You'll probably want to start with your ISP and see what they can do to help you. We can put the files online for people to get but we can't manage the connectivity of the internet. Sorry about that, wish I had better news. Erik

Your account is fine. It appears you have downloaded a few files a couple of times. Is there a reason? Are the files stopping during download? Let me know. Thanks.

I always thought it was for the high contrast and simplicity of sending messages. I can't believe we're talking about seamen wearing white, seems legit.
