  1. Hi ! Looking inside an old HDD, I found two old self made mods starded for SFP1 and WOE.They are supposed to concern more french users, as they deal with the african theater including Chad, Lybia, Sudan and around, introducing French Air Force historical missions for the Jaguar A (raids over Ouadi Doum and Faya Largeau for example), and also some fictional missions and campaign for the French Navy. Stories take place at the end of the 70's and the early 80's. The mod for WOE is a what if one, starting at the St Patrick's day : Brittany declares independancy and fights again French colonialist Air Force... I went to FalconBMS and pitbuilding since a few years, and have no time left to finish these mods. Two old advanced projets for SFP1 et WOE, maybe can be modified to work on SF2, adding aircrafts unavaliable a few years ago like Alizée or ATL1 for example. All is left as it was some years ago, so there is a huge work to do on verifiying, modify, check and so on... The Jaguar model included is a "pre-released" one, so you must replace it with the one avaliable at CA : http://combatace.com/files/file/14511-jaguar-a/ Please notice there might be some permission to ask for some third party mods, please check the CA modders chart if updated. What else...if you want to finish these two projects and share them, don't forget to highlight all those who have their job inside, especially our friend BPAO who had a big time spent on the MF models before leaving us for infinite skies. Good luck... An old low res tailer avaliable here : https://www.dropbox.com/s/01hgv3s1bi6mwku/trailer_SFP1.mpg?dl=0 If interested, plase send me MP at http://www.checksix-forums.com/index.php, i'll give you the dropbox link to download all (around 800Mo).
  2. Hi Cangas. Our carrier was used only for ALAT helos during Daguet.
  3. Yep, I agree with you, building a pit is quite painfull sometimes... No, I'm waiting for the Rafale Pack like many of us, but campaign files are ready !
  4. Great ! I've modded the campaign files to use the soon coming Rafale pack (including the M ;) ) As soon this pack will be released, I'll upload the files. The SUE pit really needs a huge retrofit to look like the SEM one, any volunteer ?
  5. Pretty good job indeed Ravenclaw !If you need any (unclassified of course) infos about the Rafale or any help on your project just PM me, this bird keeps me busy everyday day IRL...
  6. Wooosh, one year later ! So my friend, anything new with your bird ? Oh, I've bought the SF2 version, so if you're still ok for the beta-test... Best regards !
  7. But it looks like an Eiffel tower... Same trouble with the BoB one in my France map
  8. I'm asking friends at work. As far as I remember, I think they change the scheme at the same time as the Super Etendard (SUE) when this one was upgraded to Super Etendard Modernisé (SEM). Maybe around 1991-1992 but I have to confirm. White and blue was the old scheme, two greys the new one. Bobrock, just send me your email adress via MP, I'll search in my photobooks this night if Madam has no fun...
  9. It was a small plane, that's right. Fitted to land on small sized French carriers (Foch and Clémenceau). But I must admit I've never seen short legged pilots... Great job, very usefull the "recce" version in fact...
  10. Outstanding, I like this ! By the way, I've seen this campaign just after posting screens of my projet on C6 ! It deals with a kind of war between French Air Force and Bretagne (don't know english word, maybe Brittany, in fact North-west of France), who declared independance and took control of the French Navy. If interested see there :My link Just hope there is nothing in my projet you've already done... Back to your campaign, I think I won't go to bed very early tonight. TX a lot
  11. All pleasure is for me ! This would be a honour testing your bird, as far as I only use SFP1 and derivates (XP and not vista at home !). And I also think I could use it on an old campaign project with French wings, but see later. You can also contact me on MP if you need other infos.
  12. Hi Bobrock, As promised, I asked my "old timers" workfriend about your pit. As far as they can remeber, they said me that : N°1 is the RPM engine indicator in percent: one needle from ten to ten (the smallest ?)and the second for unities; N°2 is the weapon selector; N°3 is the bombing computer (in wich you can enter wind direction and strenght for example); N°4 is a cabine pressure altimeter, used for a kind of pressure regulation. Hope my poor english was understandable and usefull for you. TX again for this bird.
  13. That was a good idee indeed...Bobrock, I'm in the French Navy and I work with some guys who worked on IVP and IVM in the past. I'll be back from hollidays on thursday and I'll show them the picture of the instruments, I think they'll be able to help you.
  14. Hi, Placing targets on a map, i've seen that some objects appeared where they has to be in small target ares, but were unseenable in heavy targeted zones (in my case patrolboats and AAA are there in a small coastguards station in the middle of nowhere, but they are invisible when I place them near a big city with multiple areas like industrial complex, airport...). The game "see" them, as I can use them with mission editor but when flying there is only the read square over nothing. What's up ? I don't know...Is there a max objects "showables" at the same time ? I hope you all understand what I mean with my poor english ! Thanks for all
  15. Well I'll try tomorrow to fly over and see what happens ! As I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the object folder, I think you're both right with the explaination. Many thanks for your help !
  16. Hello I'm working on a map project, and I have to modify some river tiles (tga format). I've tried with photofiltre and photoshop, but everytime the result is a totally white tile when I fly over. Before the nervous breakdown, can one of you tell me what's wrong in my way of proceeding ? Thanks for all !
  17. Well, as my english is quite poor, I've probably missed to post you're refering to, I'll try to look better next time Thanks for all !
  18. Capun is a Heroe ! Photoshop patched to 7.0.1, tga files are now working fine, end of the trouble
  19. Damn, my PSP7 is not patched yet ! I do it right now and I'll tell you what's new after. Thank you Capun For Deuces who asked me for , here are the screenshots we talked about, I didn't manage to post them at Thirdwire forums It shows what happens when I'm just trying to give 20% more brightness to a tile...
  20. Well I'm using photoshop 7, and I must have a config problème with it : it refuses to save as tga with the alpha channel; the best result I had is a semi visible tile. It's quite stupid, as I'm only trying to give 20% more brightness on 3 tiles ! About TK, I'm unable to connect to the forum since yesterday night, so I have not still seen what's written on my trouble..
  21. Well, now I know why you're a Major mr Lee ! Many thanks for your help, things gonna work much better now
