My two cents...tried with other free models that where made available before...a lot of time parts don't line up, gaps that show as towlines in the game and are hard to find, no animation have to be remapped and skinned, faces that show half on one side and half on the other side ..at the end you get frustrated and say F-it let me start from scratch...in my book best use for these is reference....of course that brings out that old reverse engineering demon again -

Junkers JU-88 A1
Veltro2k posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - File Announcements
View File Junkers JU-88 A1 Junkers JU-88 A1 The Junkers Ju 88 was a German World War II Luftwaffe twin-engined multirole combat aircraft. Designed by Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke (JFM) in the mid-1930s to be a so-called Schnellbomber ("fast bomber") which would be too fast for any of the fighters of its era to intercept, it suffered from a number of technical problems during the later stages of its development and early operational roles, but became one of the most versatile combat aircraft of the war. Like a number of other Luftwaffe bombers, it was used successfully as a bomber, dive bomber, night fighter, torpedo bomber, reconnaissance aircraft, heavy fighter and even, during the closing stages of the conflict in Europe, as a flying bomb. Despite its protracted development, the aircraft became one of the Luftwaffe's most important assets. The assembly line ran constantly from 1936 to 1945, and more than 16,000 Ju 88s were built in dozens of variants, more than any other twin-engine German aircraft of the period. Throughout the production, the basic structure of the aircraft remained unchanged. aircraft model: Veltro2k cockpit: Kesselbrut pilot model by Geo, gunner model: Capun destroyed aircraft model:Capun flight model, aircraft texture and decals: Charles install in Objects/aircraft folder THIS MODEL IS ONLY TO BE DISTRIBUTED AS FREEWARE AND IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL IT BE USED, EVEN IN PART OF ANYTHING THAT IS PAYWARE.IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMBAT ACE MODDERS AGREEMENT Submitter Veltro2k Submitted 04/30/2015 Category Other -

Mue this is a bit off topic, but have you any Idea why in the Ga me, when you play a bomber mission it only generates two bombers, yours and a wingman, and can this be changed ? -
