This is The Mig-21 recon-pod R , it was used by the Mig-21R for electronic recon but it had a camera in the nose section as well and a chaff/flare dispenser in the tail section
 
if you use this pod on a mig-21 with gun , the gun will be partly covert from the cable tray of the pod
