What is needed for converting planes from Flightsimulator to SF2 except the authors permission? Is it easy for a nobe?

I have a problem some of my aircrafts doesn't show up in the single mission list even when they have a cockpitfile that work in other planes. In this case the F104C-10_65, F104C-10_66, F104D-10_65, F104D-10_66 and F-104G they all have cockpit.ini file and cockpit folder still they don't show up in the single mission menu as flyable. I tried another cockpit.ini and cockpit folder from an aircraft that do show up in the single mission menu as flyable, still they don't show up. Anyone know why?

Is there a way to change a nation from Red to Blue automatic ie Poland is red let say under 50 & 60s but if you play another year let say 2010 Poland will be blue?

The skin in question is the Camo (not the grey one the other) of the Viggen from Skunkworks site. The insignia on the top of the wing is not placed right and the insignia on the bottom wings is skewed.

Anyone know how do delete painted on decals on the skin in an easy way?

How can I/Is it possible to change automatic open canopy to an animation button instead? Looks funny when canopy opens in flight because of low speed. In this case I mean the Viggen and the SF1 Tornados.

Hi! I have a problem with the HMS Ark Royal from SF1 when I try to use it in SF2. Ark Royal doesn't show up in the mission builder but all my other carriers shows up and I think I have done exactly as I did when I installed the other carriers.
