Getting there...2 weeks? ha,you`ll be lucky...he he still wip... sorryfor repeated pics.. still to do.. tidy up skins\template new canopy blow lines... gears(wheels retexture,and correct sizes) sort out spec and bump maps. transfer updated bits to T2 was going to remap for better fit to templates and few fiddly parts,but will take too long...maybe at a later stage as a patch

  7. nice work...I will resume work on its brother the M50 after the hawk maybe.. I am gonna remap,and revamp my work on it so far,will map it as 4096x4096 as its an old aluminium skin it needs detail..
  8. when u run game ,you run it from desktop shortcuts ok?....when u patch game if u use old shortcuts it wont run,as old exes are deleted and replaced when updated....so you need to make new ones for any mod folders... ie...I have Great Britain....mod folder,so go to progfiles\strikefighters2 etc\\\ and then copy the sf2E exe,renamed it to Great Britain.exe..then create new shortcut from that to give me the updated exe for my modded folder Great Britain as below...if u run old exe after patching it will crash..

  11. Did you remember to delete old shortcuts after patching and copying and renaming patched exe`s to make new shortcuts ?
  12. Not much difference polycount wise afterwards but makes difference to visuals.. red arrow pics is older model,before revamp...shows where ive added the polys to smooth it out..
  13. Thnx....its all in the smoothing I think...its quite a low poly model...with some hard edges ive added some cuts,and added some more lines to curve it a bit more here and there,and the odd meshsmooth on parts that were too flat.. post wire screen after my dinner..

  16. bit more done...got to tidy up textures in pit...remap fuselage and canopy..(tidy up).. finish wheels..and complete the skin...rivets panels etc..getting there...might make the seats at a later date... ignore odd bits they are temp...(new polys where textures porked)

    I must admit...the sounds of the 29 and 23 in combat sound awesome...the whine of the 23 is spine tingling...
