    No idea. One minute I'm rolling down the runway at about 150 knots, considering alternatives for running into trouble along the way, and there's the Phantom on the centerline. At 1st, I thought it was moving; said something ungentlemanly, and pulled the stick back in a hurry.

  15. The gunners were good. As you can see, they tracked my flight path across the base quite well. Speed was what saved me. They missed the parachute retarded store I dropped on the pass. (on the left) This one... Not a bad drop for going by at high speed. A little late to run now, though.
