Different Era's, Different Mounts..............Same Results. The Ghostriders always answer the call. 1968 1985 -
Stepping in from across the aisle (so to speak) but anything by Douglas Reeman will fir the ticket. My 2 favorites are "A Prayer For The Ship", and "Winged Victory". Also, Craig Thomas of "Firefox" fame is great; "The Last Raven" is a rare gem.

I do LOVE the Phantom, and it has always personified the word "Fighter" to me. But I ran into an SU-30 over the Bering Straits...... This won't end well............. It didn't. -
