  1. i'll give it a shot! thanks mue, and everyone! ok, that's got it!! the MAIN ini, (ie: *name-of-terrain.ini") this thing is kinda neat!!
  2. for some reason, I can't get it to open any terrain. I KNOW I'm doing something wrong. in the settings, do we point to the core (Programfilesx86/...) SF2 install? Do we need to point to a certain terrain cat? It's not seeing any cats, when I point to the core installs' /Terrains folder. Please, a little more instructions, if you could! thanks!
  3. unfortunately, true. I didn't cross check with my charts. BUT... it has roads and rivers!!! and "custom" port tiles !!! now, damnit Blaze, GET TO WORK!!!
  4. damn it, Blaze -- get to work!!! I am DEFINATELY going to check this out.
  5. well, since nobody has come forward, excepting Colmack (thank you for that!), and claimed authorship of this ship, I'm going to give this a few more days. If noting materializes by middle of next week, I'm going to release it. thanks to all! :)
  6. and the really weird thing is, all 3 of my ww2 installs, and my KAW, are built from the NA exe, and all the sounds are perfectly fine. I just don't understand what's going on with that!

File Name: SF2 Post-War TB-25J Mitchell Pak File Submitter: Wrench File Submitted: 09 April 2015 File Category: B-25 SF2 Post-War TB-25J Mitchell Pak 4/5/2015 -- Something just for fun! -- = For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) = **Note: This mod references the stock destroyed Il-28. Also, due to modifications to various inis, this mod will -NOT- work in 1stGen game installs at any patch level. This has not/cannot/will not be tested by me.** This little mod represents TB-25J (glass nosed) Mitchells in serivce with the USAF in the post-WW2 time frame. Many of these aircraft were retained and converted to personal transports, navigational & multi-engine trainers, or squadron 'hacks' up until the late 1950s. The aircraft is completely unarmed. However, "those that know how" can readily turn the aircraft to it's original status and function. (see Notes for details). The aircraft is finished in Natural Metal (withOUT the late 50s white fues top or black "anti-soot" nacelles), and carries standard post-1947 USAF marking, including Buzz Numbers. The skin is in jpg format and all markings are decals. Decal Randomization is TRUE. Engine sounds, pilot figures, and a "couple of other things" are included. When in game, you'll see TB-25J Mitchell (v2k) on the Aircraft Selection Drop down menu. This will differentiate it from any other B-25s you may (or may not) have. (even though there ARE no other TB-25s!!) As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! Remember, an aircraft like this one, saved the world from The Giant Claw!!! Happy Landings!! Wrench Kevin Stein with special thanks to Veltro2k, for making some LOD adjustments for me! 9. File Name: SF2 RNNAS (MLD) Hawker Seafury Skin Pack File Submitter: Wrench File Submitted: 08 April 2015 File Category: Other SF2 RNNAS Hawker Seafury Skin Pack 4/6/2015 *For SF2 -ONLY-!! Full-5 Merged Reccomended* This package contains a skin for the recently released (skippybing) Hawker Seafury. You can find the base aircraft at the following URL (and you'll need it to add these skins to): http://combatace.com/files/file/15390-sf2-kaw-hawker-sea-fury-sb-pack/ Reminder: this is ONLY a skin/decal pak! This skin represents RNNAS (MLD) Seafurys aboard HNLMS Karel Doorman in 1951. These are from 860 Squadron, in their standard RN FAA scheme. All markings, execpting the service name on the tail, are decals (due to running out of meshes). Decal randomization is TRUE. These represent the late batches as delivered to the MLD (#s 25-48, although 10-24 also carried this scheme). Also included, from eburger's SF2NA Ulitmate CV Pack, is a slightly modified version of the HNLMS Karel Doorman itself. Hull and deck decals have been activated. See "Notes" for change log. As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them after Unzipping but =BEFORE= installing!! 11. Muesli, in sf2na only right??? cause all mine to the same thing, EVEN if they are entered into the soundlist ini. gotta be an na.exe fault somewhere.
  12. well, to start with, the loadout ini hardpoints are numbered incorrectly. They only use 2 digits should be [Attack] Loadout[01].WeaponType=M261 Loadout[01].Quantity=1 Loadout[02].WeaponType=M261 Loadout[02].Quantity=1 Loadout[11].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[11].Quantity=1 Loadout[12].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[12].Quantity=1 Loadout[13].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[13].Quantity=1 Loadout[14].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[14].Quantity=1 Loadout[15].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[15].Quantity=1 Loadout[16].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[16].Quantity=1 Loadout[17].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[17].Quantity=1 Loadout[18].WeaponType=BGM-71F Loadout[18].Quantity=1 Loadout[19].WeaponType=AIM-9X Loadout[19].Quantity=1 Loadout[20].WeaponType=AIM-9X Loadout[20].Quantity=1 they have to match the numbers of the hardpoints, as stated in the date ini EXACTLY
  13. oh, my, those are nice! Right down to the chrome yellow wings on the SOC. Is that a Sims class DD??
  14. it happens all the time, to varying aircraft. the game engine "picks" the first available weapon that fits the category, sometime completely ignoring what the loadout ini says. One of the ways to fix it, it via the 'stationspecificcode' tag in the weapons data ini, and on the individual hardpoints. Which means creating specific weapons for ONLY that aircraft (like what yarkov has been doing with his cobras and the loach)
  15. definitely not capuns , cause it couldn't be posted here in one of OUR mods look at the mesh names. they aren't in English (love this lod viewer!!!) -== damn nice model, colmack!! Cool to see the SOC on the cat. Don't suppose it's SF2 ready??? and what other ww2 boats are hiding???
  16. yup, that's one of 'em (the 3w cargo ship wreck)
  17. I think one of the differences is 70 supports TEWS rwrs another is 60 has Ground_Map, and 70 uses GM for that (afaik, just a text difference, but I could be wrong)
  18. shipwrecks are in the SF1 downloads section. I did them like 8 years ago, using the stock cargo ship and tanker. One could possibly build another from stephan1918s cargo ship, using the "marudestroyed lod" if you can't find my 2 shipwrecks, let me know and see if I can't run them down
  19. you guys a so funny ... that always bothered me .. NY shipping co is in NEW JERSY???? maybe for tax purposes? can't be Hinch, as mesh names in the data ini and OUT file are in Spanish (well, actually Portugese) leading me to believe it's our Southern Hemisphere friends, and, all the guns work kJakker, yes please. Did you correct the armor values for the hull, turrets and superstructures?

  22. SF2 "What If" Corsair Mk.V FAA Skin Pack

your welcome! either would be pretty easy, as I had to re-do the corsair template, and redraw all the panel lines. It's just the research is a killer. Even as a 'what if...', accuracy is paramount
