  1. without the MAX file (and a 3d guru that has time to fix it....) it'd be very diffucult. I know I went through all the shadow lods, and never could. for now, I guess, just turn off the shadow in the main ini i seem to recall paulopanz working a bunch of RAAF Sabre skins, but can't find them either!! *Zur, if you're watching .... don't suppose you have the max files around still???**

SF2 WW2 DH TigerMoth by RussoUK -- Something for Anyone -- = For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) = A new version of the DH Tigermoth, as seen in WW2 and the immeadiate post-war time frames. This version now has (at no extra charge!!) bump mapping! There are 2 lods included; the one set for use now has more subtle bumpping; the other a bit LESS subtle. 2 skins are inlucded, slightly revamped (read: partly repainted), and now with individual Plane-in-group numbers/letters and serial number decals for: "Camo": standard RAF day trainer scheme (I guess!); darkearth/green/yellow unders "Silver": post-war, silver doped, from University of London Air School (iirc) Most of the markings are painted on, with the exception of the Silver skin. All decals positions have been plotted, which will make it easier for End Users that wish to, to create other countries markings. A new Userlist.ini is included (for the most popular users, not all are listed). An SF2 version of my original 'box art' hangar is included, in jpg format. The partial template is also included. It's in the main aircraft folder for other skinners to 'have at it'. This will give your fledgling flyers something to practice in. And it's a nice change to just buzz around the countryside with, every once and a while. **Note: this version is designed to REPLACE any/all previous versions!!** As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too. Happy Landings!! wrench kevin stein with many thanks to Russ!! Edit: new version uploaded. The "Lewis Gun" now has the textures that were missing before
  8. that's ok ... I spent half the day updating all my PTO TBF/TBM to their latest lod; converting all MY skins to dds, correcting loadouts and avionics....what a mess!!! the dual cockpit issue is the easiest of the fixes [Fuselage] ShowFromCockpit=FALSE (assuming it's in the right place to start with....)
  9. no need to use the wepeditor. just have a seperate data ini for the f5w, and it's main ini, etc all in it's own named folder the best thing about sf2 -- ease of weapons creation!! looks good Ed!! i'd replace the nose facis (the axe thingy) with a decal -- be much sharper, visually
  10. why not just create a Neuport 11 sub folder in you /Decals folder and should (another one of those words!!) do it. won't have to edit the pathway in that case /Objects //Decals //Neuport/11 //D
  11. it's also for Wo* 1stGens; it can be used in sf2,but expect multitudes of ini work to get the planes tweeked.
  12. funny how everything works on the one did...hmmmmm
  13. use the brit mk Xii maybe??? drp the lod and bmp (whick might need repainting for USN), edit the weapon's data ini, and that should work
  14. File Name: SF2 BAe Nimrod MR.1 Remod Pak by Veltro2k File Submitter: Wrench File Submitted: 26 May 2013 File Category: Other SF2 BAe Nimrod MR.1 Remod Pak by Veltro2k = For SF2, (Full 5 Merged ONLY!!)= **FUll 5 Merged reccomended, as the destroyed model references the stock 3W B-52, and many statements in the data ini refer to SF2NA coding only** A Re-release of the Veltro2k's Nimrod Martime Patrol aircraft, now with some (ok, many) updates for the SF2:NA environment. This is the complete aircraft package, with an new cockpit and various and sundry ini tweeks. Several new or updated weapons are included. The hangar and loading screens have also been converted for SF2 usage. 2 skins are included: 42 Squadron, in the original 2-tone (called Early) 201 Squadron, in the Hemp (called, Hemp (doh!!)) The skins will automatically change from the Early to the later Hemp at a (semi)specific date. (Read: my best guess)! Skins remain in bmp format. Decal randomization is set to TRUE for both skins. Basicly, it's the exactly as I released sometime back for SF2 (pre-purge), but with several enchancement and tweeks, now set up for SF2NA. Damage textures are in DDS. Loadouts have been adjusted to start with torpedos, and then switch to Harpoons, also at a 'best guesstimate' year (1983). As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! Also, give the "Note" section a read, in particular on operational usage. The Legal Statement has been changed with regards to this aircraft. For those that still have the original releases, you may want to delete said original (or back it up somewheres), as there HAVE been changes and additions in several of the inis mostly in respect to SF2NA. Consider this a FULL replacement of the original. **These aircraft herein are released in "AS IS" Condition. Any and all issues/problems that cannot be solved via ini edits will exist forever, as new models are unlikely to be created**. Good Hunting! wrench Click here to download this file
  15. covered in this pak http://combatace.com/files/file/13175-mirage-iii-pakistani-air-force-pak/ with a better cockpit
  16. wouldn't you need a Mirage 4 to attach it to?? don't think veltro has it done quite just yet
  17. nope, it's still Auntie Ship, trust me on this!! check the Beaus....you'll see now, oth, Naval_Strike will work if one backdates the IcelandNA map, and has a KM carrier...this is also been tested (on both sides). Strike_Naval is more for CV vs CV, not directly for going after merchantmen
  18. should be: AttachmentType=W_GERMANY (unless you're making a new F5 Italian torpedo, then add WWII Italy) http://www.navweaps....s/WTIT_WWII.htm remember, NATO are the 'good guys', so you won't find a US/UK/etc weapon on an enemy aircraft i'm guesing SM-79 increase max weight to 1100 (or so) for externally slung weapons, you may NOT need the MaxDiameter= LengthLimit= i took it off the TorBeau's and they work fne (other than the AI is stupid with torpedos...)
  19. nice!! thanks for sharing!
  20. mine all work of course, I cheated (look at the Beaufighters/Beaufort recently released...) and used ALL the possible callouts... [CenterStation] SystemType=WEAPON_STATION StationID=11 StationGroupID=3 StationType=EXTERNAL AttachmentPosition=0.0000,-0.1152,-0.6757 AttachmentAngles=0.30,0.0,0.0 LoadLimit=760.0 AllowedWeaponClass=IOGR,LGR,EOGR,CGR,WGR,CM AttachmentType=UK ModelNodeName=Pylon_C PylonMass=40 PylondragArea=0.02
  21. hangar and loadout bmps missing..(called out in all main inis) AircraftShortName= missing from main ini otherwise, nicely done edit: in the data ini's detect system section, it should read: RadarFamilyName=NASARR that'll cause teh "104" tag to show on other folks TEWS
  22. 80% of the needed ww2 stuff......
  23. have you LOOKED inside the various stock folders??? i'd suggest looking in /Flight or /Menu. that's usually where they non-stock ones wind up. but the must keep the same names as the originals
