  1. if you look through the data inis for the various launchers, you'll note there's NO reload time listed at all!! For any of them, stock or add-ons. (you'd think that SA-8, Chapparells and the like would have someting like that, huh? what with being much smaller missiles)
  2. Korea, summer tiles. Stillo have 'Darky Jones' and 'Black Murray' nose arts to do As to how long.....????

View File Super Mystere Sa'ar, Fuerza Aérea Hondureña (Honduran Air Force) Super Mystere Sa'ar, Fuerza Aérea Hondureña (Honduran Air Force) -- For SF2, Full-4 Merged (Prefered) and/or any combination -WITH- SF2:I -- This mod =REQUIRES= a Full-4 Merged install, or at the very least, SF2:I for the various and sundry bits used herein (to, wit, the Mystere IVA cockpit from SF2:I). If you do NOT have the minimum required game installs, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS MOD, as you won't be able to use it. This is a mod of the SF2:I Super Mystere Sa'ar into those as used by the Honduran Air Force. This depicts the aircraft as originally delivered to the FAH in 1976, still wearing the 3-tone IDF desert camo. As the Sa'ar is not player flyable "out of the box", this pak will make it so, using the Mystere IVA cockpit (also from SF2I -hence, it's requirement!!). This package can be used in one of 2 ways: 1) As an add-on skin for the Sa'ar (with the included, adjusted userlist ini) or 2) As a stand-alone, nationalized aircraft. All the various inis, skin and decals are provided for either choice. Instructions are in the "To Install" section. 100% historicaly correct FAH serial number decals are included. The canopy has been activated; use Shift/0 to open and close. As always, READ the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions. This package has been broken down into the various folders that SF2 needs, to make it a LOT easier to install (read: drag and drop). Have fun with it! 8. File Name: Royal Navy Skyraider Mk.1 (What If..) File Submitter: Wrench File Submitted: 08 May 2011 File Category: SF2 Series Add On Aircraft Royal Navy Skyraider Mk.1 (What If...) = For SF2 (Full-4 Merged) or SF2:V ONLY!!!- = As stated above, you MUST have a Full-4 merged, or at the VERY LEAST!! SF2:V to make use of this mod, as it accesses the A-1H lod from SF2:V. All other parts are supplied herein (except the engine sound and the centerline droptank; they're included the A-1H/A-1J updates, which you should have. If not, what's stopping you? They're available at the following URLs: http://combatace.com/files/file/11249-3rdw-a-1h-skin-and-ini-update-pak/ http://combatace.com/files/file/11252-3rdw-a-1j-skyraider-skins-and-ini-update-pak/ Yes, shamless self-promotion <grin>) Other than the aformentioned, this is a complete, new aircraft for Royal Navy usage. This is a complete update of the "What If..." RN Skyraider I released in 2005. The aircraft has 3 sets of skins (created from a HomeGrown ™ template with redrawn panel and rivet lines and etcs). The skins cover: 830 NAS, in dark gray/white during the 1950s (includes Suez War 'Invasion Stripe' decals) 813 NAS, in dark gray/white for other 1950s/early 60s usage (no stripes) 814 NAS, in sea blue/white during the 1960/70s All decals from the original pak have been reused, as everyone knows how I hate to waste good decals <grin>. Like my other USN Skyraider mods, this has a working canopy (use shift/0 to open and close), and corrected light positions, including a landing light. A new SF2-style hangar screen, and a short historical essay are included. As always, =READ= the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions. This package has been broken down into the various folders that SF2 needs, to make it a LOT easier to install. Good Hunting! Wrench kevin stein Click here to download this file
  9. what, exactly, isn't happening??? Is the aircraft not selectable in the single mission drop-down? Are the folders someplace they're not supposed to be??? More info, please! Can you take a screenie of the folders in your mods folder where you installed it? like below:
  10. that CA ANG tail decal was a bugger to make, let me tell you! Couldn't paint it on, as the rudder mesh fouled things up. Now, if I can get Spinners to send me his 'Jersy Devils' set up... we'll have one for both coasts! got their base all ready on the MidWest USA map!! -- Those Bucc shots are amazing!!! can't wait for it!

Early MiG Series Cockpit Upgrade/Repair Pakage for SF/SFG/WoV/WoE/WoI & SF2/SF2:V/SF2:E This is a rebulid of Ordway's Early MiG pits for use in ALL the 3rd Wire Series. It's designed for the following aircraft (and/or variants thereof): MiG-15bis (by Pasko) Stock 3rdWire: MiG-17 Fresco-A MiG-17F Fresco-C MiG-19S Farmer-C It is also, therefore, completly useable for any of the myriad 3rd-Party mods of variants of these aircraft (excepting those Frescos and Farmers that are radar equipped -doh!) Specifialy, it's designed to REPLACE the original versions, as some (including myself) have experienced odd CTDs with an 'aircraftobject.dll' fault in the SF2 series.. By rebuilding these with a STOCK A-4B cockpit lod (albeit from WoE), and reusing Mr. Ordway's VERY COOL gauge bmp repaints, and re-editing the A-4B_cockpit ini, this has been eliminated. This mod has been EXTENSIVELY tested in SF2, as this was the basis and reason for the 'fix', and will work in the Classic Series ™ just as well as the originals. All necessary parts are included. I even snuck in some Generic WoE-style Hangar screens for the 17 & 19. These will also work in ANY version of the sim. As always, it's reccomended that you unzip this package to temp folder, or your desktop, to gain access to the rest of the readme for it's specific instructions. Which are gonna run a bit on the long side....so you probably (read: SHOULD) read the document all the way through first before installing. Just to be safe, doncha know  With expecial thanks to Mr. R. Ordway for creating these in the first place!! Good Hunting! Wrench Kevin Stein ps: yes, that's still the original screenie. why mess with a good shot?

  19. File Name: IDF TA-4H Skyhawk by pappychksix/fracture File Submitter: Wrench File Submitted: 08 August 2011 File Category: A-4 IDF TA-4H Skyhawk by Fracture/Pappychksix 8/7/2001 =For SF2, Full-4 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) ** May (ok, probably) Requires SF2:V -hence the Full-4 Merged requirement-, as the A-4E_67 cockpit and avionics are referenced for the Mod. If you don't have these minimum requirements, you shouldn't download this, as you may not be able to use it withOUT heavy editing ** This is a overhaul of Fracture/pappychksix' IDF TA-4H Skyhawk trainer/attack aircraft. All the inis have been brought up to the latest (as of July, 2011) standard. Some modifications to the avionics are more for 'playability', as research showed these most likely did not have an RWR (but knowing the Israelies....). The standard NAV/Attack radar, yes. Loadouts use all common or garden variety stock weapons. It is set to fly all mission profiles as any other standard Scooter.. New damage textures (dds) and a new SF2-style hangar screen are included. Please note, that like the TA-4J recently released, the very same shadow issues =WILL= be present, as it uses the TA-4J's lod. You'll just have to live with that (see Notes below) As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them .... Fracture's original readme is also included. Happy Landings! wrench kevin stein Click here to download this file

  21. yes!!! check any/all of my terrain mods. I'd forgotten that I usually include them (well, most of the time) will all of them
  22. Things are VERY different now you should have SF2 anyway. 90% of all 3rdpary terrains reference the desert cat for airfields (as they're the most commonly used), as well as other terrain objects.
  23. and it's not possible to do a copy/paste of the VietnamSEA terrain folder to WoE????
  24. it used to be in the MissionControl.ini (1stGen). There was this statment (the one shown below may be modified -- its from my only remaning WoE install, heavily modded) [Altitude] Normal=3000 Low=500 VeryLow=100 High=5000 VeryHigh=8000 obviously, in meters
