  1. It’s all over for another year

I got to go home on leave and spend Christmas with my wife and kids. It can't get any better than that.
  2. What? You mean the Uber Russian planes are good? I am going to have to disagree with you there. That sim has the most unbalanced FM's in any series. The Russian planes are all powerful and anything is made vastly inferior. As much as the Luftwhiners complain there is some validity to their arguments.
  3. I never fly them on hard. I fly them on normal. I got stick time in a few fighters through some incentive rides. And I think it seems like on hard it is too easy to stall and impossible to turn. But its all subjective because I can count on my fingers the people who have flown and who hasn't on this site. Some of the people who chime in about FM's have never even seen the plane in question (at the time) in person. Your mileage will vary.
  4. You couldn't be more right.
  5. PS3: Do it or not?

Well then go for it man the less you spend out of pocket makes it much more an easier decision.
  6. PS3: Do it or not?

I have an XBox360. It gets used for playing Football, Golf, and watching movies. I mean for what you want it for I see no reason why not to get it. Driving games are fun on consoles.
  7. Not surprising at all, but its not like we haven't SIGNIT on it already. I can bet you a paycheck on that.
  8. We fixed the issues as much as we can, suggest using the loadouts we recommend. One point though there will come a point where it will become futile to try and make all the weapons fit, as its impossible due to model positions in max. So that is the way it is.
  9. It was fixed and reuploaded.
  10. I dont know, I wonder if there is a way to dig though the patch 2 dll's and find out whats what.
  11. Ok here is the trick I use. (8 wingman trick) Make sure your #2 wingman is an experienced one. That way you can direct him to either cover you or attack a target. The other 2 in your flight, set them up for A2G and have them attack whatever they can find. The other 4 set them up in the A2A role. When bogies are in the area send them after them. They will keep them off your back so you can role in and hit the primary target. This is a tried and proven method that works. Your milage may very however but overall it works well.
  12. P-3s this time ...

The JStars, we bought airliners from companies and converted them over. Airliners.net has alot of pic of JStars in a before and after type pics.
  13. Presidential Elections?

Chuck Norris 2008 and the fist hidden in his beard....
  14. Psst hey Harold.....pm me the inis you are going to make my head explode!
  15. Um that is a real US Spitfire used in the Pacific theater however. Kev Next time I am at the USAF Museum I will get the details for you.
  16. Back To the USAF Museum

Texas is a haul.....I drove from El Paso to San Antonio about 550 miles, took 7 hours roughly. and that was just 2/3 away through the state on my way to Houston. If you think driving Florida is bad, you can drive for almost 2 days (driving time) in Texas and never leave the state.
  17. I do too, with crosshairs over it and an AIM-9 heading towards it....
  18. Back To the USAF Museum

I bet you all like all that ice too! LOL
  19. No most TAC nukes are no heavier than conventional bombs. I have not heard about any tactical aircraft carrying radometers in a real world mission profile. Maybe for some test missions they did when they were actually cooking them off. But I havent found any evidence saying they have.
  20. Exactily, it is a whole system they do not have in place to arm and launch or drop a them causing them to explode like in firey ball of hell. Sure they can load them up and drop them but with no big boom boom. I wish I could go into details but I could be getting into hot water just for saying this much.
  21. Didnt say that, I said they are not wired. ie not currently
  22. It is very incorrect, they are not wired for nuclear delivery.
