  1. The Life of Major Lee

Yeah the life of the party.......and its funny Ken, I can see you doing that too.
  2. Ain't that the truth. The Falcon does work good against bombers though.
  3. Sounds like a reinstall to me then.
  4. For my WWI Friends

Yeah I stood right under it to get that shot.
  5. Well these aircraft were guided by SAGE. Semi-Automated Ground Environment The intercept plane was guided to their target and were told when to fire. This eliminated the probability for human error upon launch.
  6. True, and that statement would be well suited now. The first Sidewinders weren't much better than rockets. Man how I hate the AIM-9B in SF.
  7. In fact I took this picture yesterday. If you look in the end of the weps bay door, that is where the rockets were kept on the Deuce.
  8. Gun damage

Exactly, all depends on where you hit it. So to say 5 to 10 wouldn't harm a Flanker is inaccurate. 5 to 10 rounds can take out anything if its hit in the sweet spot.
  9. For my WWI Friends

LOL I know how that is. I am glad everyone liked them. As soon as I saw them I was thinking..."I know a group of guys who would love to see these."
  10. http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=12147 Try this and or this http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=19172&hl= Also need to know what kind of plane, mission etc and rig specs. Finally try this if you haven't either http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=12148
  11. That's putting it mildly 007.....
  12. I have that very book too. Have to scan for C5 when I get back off leave. That is the only pic I have ever seen of it too. A rare artifact indeed. In regards to the Sader rocket pack. I am in total agreement with C5 on the realism side of it. Being an F-8 purist an all.
  13. Gun damage

Well depends on what you are shooting it with. Cannons rounds, it only takes a few even one for that matter. People have to remember they are high explosive shells. The B-29's in Korea were known to blow up after a few hits from the Mig-15's cannons. Machine guns however are a different story.
  14. As C5 said we decided against because as soon as they got to the fleet they were either sealed up or removed altogether.
  15. Fellas these Saders are like 2 generations better than the previous ones. After the initial release we are looking at the F-8B/C too. Might as well have them all. But time will tell.
  16. MERRY CHRIMBO

Merry Christmas to you all. And remember it is Christmas not Xmas......Jesus' last name was Christ not X.
  17. The only problem with that though is now you can't have country unique weapons.
  18. MIRAGE 2000 hooligan's in Morrocco

Great vid....if a USAF pilot did that though, he would never fly again.
  19. Now on that note Sparky I got to see the cracks on 2 of those Albinos stuck here. Knowing what I know about machinery and mechanics. They are going to have to redo that whole section because a patch wont fix it. It's broke right in area that isn't easy to repair. I love the F-22, but not at the cost of 40,000 airmen. But on the flip side I think retiring older Eagles and getting new F-22's can't hurt.
  20. They forget we are doing 100% of the heavy airlift. 80% to 90% of all the A2G support of the troops. Not to mention how every time I see and a soldier with a combat patch and they see that I am AF, they are thanking me in some way or another for air support they got in a bad situation. I told them that it wasn't me, but they wanted to thank someone in the AF. To re confirm you sparky, I talked to my wife (She is an Army SFC) and she said its very few over there that are doing 15 months. Its certain specialties that are getting long tours but it sure the hell isn't all of them. But the USAF isn't doing anything. Whatever. I am going to close this because now I am really irritated.
  21. Achmed Sings Christmas Songs
