  3. It sure does look good 33lima.
  4. Funny, but true :)

It sure does, now I am going to go find some so I can make copies of Dear Leader.....
  5. http://foxtrotalpha.jalopnik.com/watch-this-haunting-time-lapse-of-aircraft-boneyards-1570449397 Watch the video and listen to what these pilots are saying. They put into words how I feel when I see these planes. I too look at an aircraft and wonders its story. You can't keep them all but they have a story and that almost gives them life.
  6. My Dad the Hero

My father pulled the gunner out of the burning B-52 that day. It was supposed to be an Airmen's Medal, but it was down graded due to his low rank.
  7. Happy Birthday To.......

Sundowner, who turns 52 today. His first repaints were Pterodactylus. Hope you have a great day.
  8. Anyone notice that you have to trim the hell out of the DCS planes. That has been one of my irritations since before LOMAC. It also seems like trimming doesn't always work. Am I the only one here with that issue?
  9. Net Neutrality - URGENT

Why can't either side side just leave it alone?
  10. @DA I'm doing my own for now. @Veltro Need an RB-47E for sure. I want to decal up the one n the USAF Museum. Is that possible?
  11. If you could please post your test results here. Weapon: Test Conditions: Test results: How many times you ran the test. Example: Weapon: AA-12 Test Conditions: SU-27 v F-15, Aspect ratio: Head on Test results: Fired 3 only, 1 hit Did same mission 5 times, same results.
  12. I am constantly trimming all the planes. Which sucks because it makes them hard to control when do a strafing run or trying to line up a gun shot. I get sick of trying to keep them trimmed right all the time.
  13. My Dad the Hero

It never bothered dad at all. It kind of chagrined him actually because me made sure none of his troops ever fell victim to that kind of BS.
  14. Russ...its SO big.... Looking good Russ. I am thinking if we can do the early TF-33 versions, then the later reengined ones. Is that k with you? "In 2005, the RC-135 fleet completed a series of significant airframe, navigation and powerplant upgrades which include re-engining from the Pratt & Whitney TF-33 to the CFM International CFM-56 (F-108) engines used on the KC-135R and T Stratotanker and upgrade of the flight deck instrumentation and navigation systems to the AMP standard. The AMP standard includes conversion from analog readouts to a digital "glass cockpit" configuration." Just did some checking, All the reengined ones are the CFM-56 and that includes the RAF versions. Its the same engine on the RAF E-3D as well.
  15. No fake pilot stuff, we have the max file so they are getting done right.
  16. A local celebration
