  1. Thanks. Do you know which could carry underwing bombs?
  2. Like most of you have said or intimated, guess it's what you are used to or prefer. The trouble I had with the tablet and pen before might have been my lack of hand drawing/painting skills. I think the tablet has some capabilities that might be worth exploring. If I go the tablet route I'll probably use a blend of both tablet and mouse/keyboard actions. Got a demonstration set up with my nephew to show me a mac and ipad pro set up he uses. Thanks for your experiences and opinions.
  3. Do any of you skinners/artists use a drawing tablet, such as a Wacom tablet, to paint your planes? If so, what are your pros and cons for your tablet model and what would you suggest to fix your problems. What kind of setup do you have, ie.. Windows or Mac, etc... TIA, Geary
  4. I also bought a Wacom board many years ago. Played with it a bit. Found it very foreign to use and eventually just packed it away. Think it's still languishing in a closet somewhere. I don't think it will work with Windows 10.
  5. Are you sure you repurchased WOE (Wings over Europe) and not Strike Fighters 2: Europe? WOE clearly has Multiplayer as a choice on it's Menu/Splash screen. Strike Fighters 2: Europe doesn't have multiplayer as an option.
  6. Does anyone know where I can get Deuce's Enhanced WOV Tileset? I've got some old mods that require this tileset. I've looked at many old SF1 sites. Most don't host SF files anymore and Deuces site has been closed a long time. TIA, Geary
  7. Usually the "B" key sets/releases brakes. Do the games' default planes take off with no problems?
  8. You can upload it to this post as you would a photo or in a pm. Thanks.
  9. Yeah, this old stuff is like a puzzle-scavenger hunt before it can be put together and played.
  10. Anyone know where I can get KB's SEA Terrain? I found some old missions that were made for it but can't seem to find this old terrain anywhere. TIA, Geary
  11. Thanks, All. Got it fixed. Reloaded the plane's data.ini file and it works as it should. Go figure.
  12. I used to know how to adjust this problem, but I don't remember where I put my memory. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?
  13. Razbam USN VF-172 'Blue Bolts' Banshee, Korea, 1951 (WIP. New lines, rivets, paint, etc. Wrench's decals.)
  14. Have you tried deleting the default.ini file in your controls folder? It will rebuild it self to default.ini when you restart the game.
  15. You could try uninstalling the Nvidia audio drivers and see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't and you have other 'buggy' problems, you can re-install the Nvidia audio drivers. I'm not sure the Nvidia audio drivers are the problem. Just a possible reason for your comm problems.
  16. Are you playing SF1 in Windows 10? Have you had this problem since you installed your games? Do you have an Nvidia graphics processor? Nvidia graphics updates like to install their own audio drivers. Messes up my sound on random programs. So.. I uninstalled their audio drivers and don't let the updates re-install them.
  17. Did this just begin happening? Did your games work before this? Did you update anything such as the operating system or video card? Did you make any changes to your games, installs before this started happening?
  18. USMC Skyraider 'Guppy' conducting Early Airborne Warning Mission, Korea 1951. Radarman in the middle also uses the P-38 Eyeball System … by looking out the window. (WIP. New lines, rivets, paint, etc. Wrench's decals.)
  19. PZL TS-11 ISKRA

  20. Kevin, Yeah, still a WIP. Probably always will be. The Razbam skin had the numbers on the tail, so I used that as a guide just so I could place decals if, when or as needed/wanted. I thought this model would take lines and paint better, but still not too bad for it's age. Not looking forward to the A-1E model. Probably should have tried it at a larger pixel size. Been trying to color coordinate my KAW USN 'Blues': The Skyraiders, Corsairs, Banshees and Panthers. Using Bobrock's great little Panther as a guide. Thanks for the offer but I have the Opsprey 'AD Skyraider Units of the Korean War' book. Love the color plates in the Opsprey series. Still got a way to go on this model. If only I could paint (especially weathering)! BTW, I'm using bits, such as decals, from your TW KAW Skyraiders as needed. Learning to make decals is on my bucket list. One for the Marines. And a cleaner 'modex' for the USN.
  21. USN "Razbam Raiders", Korea, 1951 (WIPing Razbam Skyraiders. New lines, rivets, paint, etc. So far not too happy with the results but at least the numbered decals work.)
  22. Days of Thunder(streak)s Vol. 5 - LW

    (Where's Vol. 4?)
