  1. Thank you allenjb. Do you have any idea if any specific ground objects should be used for such a campaign?
  2. Which win10 update have you done? Is it build 10586? I used to have inconsistent framerate with win10 using a gtx970, but it seems the latest nvidia drivers fixed it for me
  3. I hope this project will be continued, the model was really good
  4. hi everyone, Sorry for late answer. I fixed my CTD simply by making a fresh Falkland install, and then reinstalling falkland 82. i did a lot of flightengine expriments lately, so I guess i broke something back then.
  5. Using this map in falkland / malvinas mod, I have CTD when trying to create a single mission Edit: ok, this is an issue with my install, so never mind
  6. Sukhois

Very impressive work! What map is that?
  7. I've tested Nvidia 364.72 on my computer (GTX970, windows 10), and after 15 minutes or so, so far so good. No artifacts, FPS seem a bit improved and steady compared to 353.62 (I had FPS inconsistency, dropping from 60 to 10-15 from time to time).
  8. Being able to access the lod and locked stuff is already a good start, would we have TK's agreement. Also, i recently found a way to access and extract apk content. There is really good moddinng material in there. Before describing the procedure, I was thinking about trying to reach TK to see if he would agree to use this content as a basis for making mods. As i said in an other thread, I would be ready to let him distribute my mods, my only wish is to let new content being released.
  9. Hey guys, I've been playing a bit with fakepilots lately, and i was wondering if there is a way to apply specular, glossiness and reflection to them, just like any metallic skin?
  10. Oh alright, i'll have a look in max then. Thanks to all
  11. Hi guys. I'm slowly trying to learn 3dsmax, thanks to a few tutorials, by making basic shapes, trying to texture them, export them in lod... So I have this shape, and i'm trying to apply multi-sub objects materials (like in this tutorial: )Everything is fine, but in the end the LOD shows no texture at all. Do you guys have any idea why?
  12. Hey russouk. I had a look at your videos, thanks for that! On the other hand, I still don't understand how to set animations to ailerons and elevators. Do you know a tutorial for that?
  13. I think you need a specific NATIONS.INI file for WW2 install. Did you look in the download section?
  14. I have a slower processor than you do, I have an i5 4590, at stock frequency (3.3ghz). On the other hand, I also use 16gb of ram
  15. Do you have mirrors and reflections On? Some terrains also give lower fps than others, like israel, or rend's germany. do you use custom shaders, and /or custom drawing distance? I tried migbusters' advice about max prerendered frames, but i'm not sure it worked for me. I need more testing.
  16. Using anti aliasing =4 and branch 353 of mvidia drivers on a gtx970 on windows 10, I don't have these "jaggies", but I have unconsistent fps, decreasing from time to time from 60 to 15, mostly in cockpit view. That was not the case in windows 7. I'm still trying to find a cure. I can post the rest of my settings later.
  17. Well, at the moment I am in a learning process of 3ds max, but would I be able to make some quality mods, I would be ready to let Tk include my creations, if it could bring him back to Pc. My personal opinion is that if one day there is a cooperation between tk and the community (like bms team of daidalos team), this would have to go both ways. And this would probably be done under his supervision
  18. Dave, isn't that in options.ini? i can't check, i'm at work too :/
  19. Perfect. Thank you russouk. There is a long road until i can reach your level of expertise
  20. Thanks guys, I'll try to progress slow but steady.
  21. Looks like an ACES II seat, but i can't recognize the plane...Nice work though
  22. Wow, very nice model. And nice clouds in the background. Thank you for your work, I'm eagerly waiting for this campaign
