    That's an important part of Windows 11 security, reduces the chance of malicious code getting into memory. I've only just got myself a new Win 11 PC and I also disabled that to get a Logitech steering wheel to work, that was before I understood what core isolation was for. It took me about an hour or so to work out how to delete the outdated driver files that were left behind after uninstalling the old Logitech software I'd installed, before it would allow me to turn core isolation back on. Each to their own I suppose but I decided I'd rather have the security up against how often I'd likely use that wheel.

    I'm finally getting round after real life delaying things for too long at taking a proper look at these Tornados. First off I'm coming from the persepctive of someone who has worked on the real thing as I was an aircraft armourer for nearly thirty years and have work on all marks of UK Tornado and the associated armament equipment and ejection seats. These models are quite simply gorgeous, everything looks just right. In the cockpit I almost feel I could look up and feel the lump of the MDC if I ran my hand over it, looking out at the 1500ltr drop tanks I can see where the air has eroded the paint down through the yellow primer to the bare metal and the Sky Shadow ECM and BOZ chaff pods are right where they should be. The transition up from idle to full reheat is sublime. I shall try to actually get into learning this aircraft properly but I am sure it will not disappoint.

    A bit of promotion for a very nice former US Navy chap who has been releasing an SF2 Vietnam campaign video series. Initially following a single pilot character starting in late 1965 flying the A1 from the USS Ticonderoga, it's up to part twelve at this point in time having transitioned to F8E Crusaders.     TMF F4K model and textures. There are some glitches, the 370ltr wing drop tanks are missing textures as are all the wing hardpoints and the fuselage centreline hardpoint. When I jettisoned the tanks the starboard hardpoint went with the tank as it should do with a Sergeant Fletcher tank but the port one did not as can be seen in the iverted shot. Any ideas anyone while I investigate further? XT597 was the last UK Phantom to fly being withdrawn from service in 1994 two years after the RAF retired theirs. Using two different bespoke design radomes XT597 was used on various trials support tasks noteably in flight airspeed calibration of other aircraft. XT597 is now in the hands of Everett Aero awaiting sale.
