I understand that win 7 ---8 >>>>> 9 are where its at, the future like Steelflanker I have other responsibility's before I can upgrade but on a side note I have a win7Pro box that is supposed to run my Home Theater PC just for the DVR operations I can't stand watching TV like a Gawd Damm savage!! but when i did the service pack upgrade it started junking out on me, apps stopped working and it would freeze up i did the return to earlier point it worked for a little while then went south again and wouldn't do updates even if i tried to manually install them i guess I'll have to reinstall win7 but it ain't letting me do that ether arghhh! I tell ya if i could get Windows Media Center to run on XP I would go back to old reliable.......

I have had my MICROSOFT FFB SIDEWINDER 2 for at least 11 years I love it but the fire button doesn't work much anymore is there anyway to recondition it?

You need add these lines to the top of the ArkRoyal.ini file and that should float ur boat [GroundObjectData] ObjectFullName=HMS Ark Royal (R09) ObjectDataFile=ArkRoyal_DATA.ini P.s. Oh yeah I noticed that ArkRoyal_data.ini in the zip file was not in the ships folder so u'll need to put that in there also. -
I was wondering can a guy make a mission using ASW cruise missiles as A.I. aircraft that could Kamikaze into objects that way the objects could use there CIWS to the defend themselves... at this point the ships ignore incoming missiles even though they have almost perfect defensive weapons for the attack just wondering i'm going to try some today to see what i get..

From a friend: With the newer FD Design Studio 3.x you have the ability to save the file in .x format You then use MoFo's x plugin for 3DS Studio Max and import the file. Now Animation is lost but you have to make it fit with the ThirdWire games anyway. UVMapping is also lost in some cases, I think they are older source files.

It's the SA-N-11 used on the UDALOY II Class ship. witch is in essence a SA-19 used on the 2S6 Tunguska platform I don't mind so much that it chases me down but that hard 180 just sticks in my craw, I'm pretty sure that it is really IR guided but sense its tied to the UDALOY II's main SA-N-9 missile system I think it's using Radar tracking also.. I would just like to tone it down a bit. witch numbers do you need to change to make a SAM not as good? the thing is very "Hollywood-esque" it basically does a 180 and comes after the target gets on your six and changes course to match yours until it gets ya

I'm in the camp that FSDS would fit rite in to the SF community, if the big wigs could see eye to eye it would open modeling up to every one, as the program cost is nominal compared to the Max suite. Btw there is a 3rd party proggy that can pull fsds FSC's to dxf witch is easily imported to max but then again you loss the animations and textures CVA converter
