  1. As I already said (just don't know where it went....) what a great pack and especially what a great F35........ Obviously some extra work went into it.

Always considered it more or less the ultimate Draken, a very capable fighter-bomber in its later years after the avionics refit.

Nice to have the original shape of nose without the IR sensor, the extra internal fuel

the RWR, the chaff & flares and the Gripen tanks (actually the Draken tanks that were sold to the Swedes for use on the Gripen when the F35's were retired....)

And I couldn't find the sounds. No problem, but I'm curious what they are like....

    Thanks a LOT !!!!!! :victory::victory::victory:

  2. well if you use windows image viewer to look at the bmp file in the screenshot folder, open the bmp up, and on the bottom tool bar is a floopy disk icon. thats the save icon, click it, and when asked where and all that jazz to save it, instead of bmp, change the file type to jpg. easier and quicker then having to wait for GIMP or the likes to open. takes all of 3 seconds to do.

Thanks Rovert, stupid, never found put about that......

  3. Hi Ansons,

Like it very much and thanks a lot !!!!. Been in Norway last summer and some parts of your reworked terrain do remind me of places like Hallingdal and Hemsedal ......

The trees do wonders for the atmosphere of the whole thing !! And what I like very much is that airbases are situated in wooded areas with lots of trees on the base itself, something we see very often on W. European airfields.

Great target areas too with lots of juicy tanks and trucks

    Hou doe,

  4. After starting out with Air Warrior and having had a lot of fun with Jane's USAF on Windows '98, I got myself an early SFP1 somewhere in 2004 (mainly because of the F104) in a toyshop over here

Googled into SimHq and was dragged in by a "certain" USAFMTL. Had great times there

When everything exploded there in the end, I followed the big stampede into CA (being a quite early member of BioHaze, as I found out later....)

Still a couple of good people left at SimHQ though, but of course CA is faaaaaar more active.

    Hou doe,

  5. Fabulous !!!! Back in the seventies & eighties I always spent the morning after carnival (and after 5 days with a LOT of beer :alcoholic: ...) at the runway at Volkel AB (3 squadrons of F104's) in order let the the Starfighters' howling and tearing sound clear my head .......

    Hou doe,

    Derk
