If I remember correctly TK have stated that the terrains done with the newer terrain engine will be smaller... So unless this is not true I can't see where the heavy long range bombers should be based. Maybe the main target isn't Iceland?? Maybe he want to move the fight closer to Russia??

When you have accomplished the mission its supposed to do that. Alt+N is not a proceed to the next action key outside the particular mission you're assigned. If you listen to Red Crown she says Mission accomplished return to base.

I can see it from both sides. Yes it would be great to have TK dropping in to say hi now and then. And give some informations on the newest stuff he implementing and he way he is thinking the game to be.. But on the other hand. If TK would appear in here. It would probably end up in a long line of various demands. Why don't you do this and I want this and I want this.... So in a way I can understand TK for not being particular informative.

It would be nice indeed. BUT to make a good Korea he will need a lot more of new aircrafts.. Trust me I know how many new aircraft a KAW tittle requires

I agree. From the recent expansion packs it looks more like his is going more in the 50's direction. He added rockets A2A capable. Given us Mustangs, Spitfire's, Flora's F-100A/C and Meteors just to mention a few. Personal it suits me fine because I love this era the most.. I rarely fly later than the 1970's anyway

If just the half of all those ships in the ground object list will be available. It will imply that quite a lot of Naval operations will occur. Maybe we will see a true carrier task force with the escorting ships. This will be a true breakthrough in this series and highly usable for us modders. At least the KAW mod will benefit from this if thats the case.

I think the sim/game is progressing Dave slow sometimes very slow. Just take a look of the history. Tk have never released a new tittle without putting in some new stuff AFAIK. The question is only what is new this time? Only a few on this planet can tell. But why should he pick the Tomcat for the base of this tittle if he don't want to improve the avionics?? If he didn't want to. He could have chosen the F-4N and S for the main fighters..

I agree that TK could improve the game by adding a lot of stuff. I want improvements too. But its only wishes and they may not be incorporated in this game. Who knows other than TK? I still play this game because I can't see any alternatives which suit my needs.. If I wanted a hardcore Sim I would move to other games. Bottom line is that if you don't like the game as it is. Then don't buy it. Nobody forces you to do so. TK must be doing something right since he still got his business and can make a living out of it.

TK could gain much. Creating a sort of customer/modder council with a few select members of the modding community. Discussing what is doable of wishes withing his budget for new releases. Still with him having the final word on what's possible. It don't have to cost anything but a little time.
