  4. Well I downloaded all four packages (and now have 13 MiG-29's!!) but flew the MiG-29A from this one first my favourite SF2. Chapeau! It's a winner!

  10. I don't know but I'd take a version without! It was an amazing aircraft that should have been developed quicker, developed more comprehensively and kept in service longer too! BTW didn't the F-104 have a blown wing? Or a partially blown wing?

  14. I'm not a massive fan of the truly modern 'glass cockpit' jets but this is a superb add-on and a fantastic package. And including the templates is a very nice touch too!

    Mikoyan-Gurevich-Hawker Falchion F.Mk1 for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2 This is a very simple mod of the stock Third Wire MiG-15 to create a fictional licence-built MiG-15 in service with the British Peoples' Republic Air Force as the Falchion F.Mk1. I'm delighted to use Stary's new MiG-15 cockpit in this little bit of fluff and nonsense. Please note that this mod requires you to have Expansion Packs 1 and 2 as the MiG-15 was 'bonus content' if you had both but you could quickly juggle things around to use the MiG-15bis if you've only got Expansion Pack 1. INSTRUCTIONS 1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the Falchion folder into your Aircraft folder. 2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the Falchion folder into your main Decals folder. Reuters 05/03/1981 - USAF officials were today outraged at the surprise inclusion of four Sukhoi/BAe Fencer GR.1 aircraft into the RAF's Red Flag contingent claiming that it was very unfair to have an aircraft "so God damn fast, so God damn low" pitted against them especially as they have banned the Buccaneer in previous years. To prevent a diplomatic incident HM Queen Elizabeth has agreed to drive a DeLorean for all future state visits.

The 2.52 weapons mod has been uploaded by a group of modders for the benefit of the community (free of charge because that's not our way) so I feel that the angry smiley is a little bit discourteous. Perhaps you didn't know, no problem, but you do now.

  22. I'm gobsmacked at the rant against the Harrier and would ask why, if it is apparently so poor, did the USMC buy more advanced versions after trying the AV-8A? Indeed, when the FRG/UK/US disbanded the Tripartite Evaluation Squadron in the mid-1960's each nation had the option to buy their three Kestrel aircraft back but the USA bought all eight of the surviving nine. Coincidentally, I'm halfway through the Harrier chapter in Bill Gunston's "Attack Aircraft Of The West" and I'm coming away with a much better appreciation of this groundbreaking design.

  25. I now have a weapons folder! I've only got one weapon at the moment (Red Top - which allows me to utilise Russ' Lightning in SF2) but it's a start! Thanks for your help guys!
