  1. Thanks a bunch, Stary, great work. The F-94 has never been one of my favourite aircraft, but this could change my mind
  2. Stary: The BMP files are definitely removed from my Cockpit folder, and the sim reads the JPGs automatically with no problems.
  3. Excellent, Stary, thanks a lot. BTW I have just tried with converting the five main BMP files in the cockpit folder (F7F_Misc.BMP, F7F_Pit_framing1.bmp, Seat.BMP, Tigercat_cockpit1.bmp and Tigercat_Panels_F7F1.bmp) to JPG format, and they seem to work fine in flight with no loss of graphics quality that I can see. It saves about 15Mb of size on the hard drive.
  4. Looking very good! I'm looking forward to it.
  5. Nice screens, thanks Viper. The PTO is probably my favourite all-inclusive mod, and I will give these a try.
  6. WWI float planes and flying boats

Have a look in the download section and you will plenty of WWI floatplanes: Albatros W.2, Hanriot HD.2, Sopwith Baby and Rumpler 6B-1 to name just a few.
  7. Resting. They tire easily, the Norwegian Blue...
  8. Thanks mate. I didn't mind the way they looked before, but this is better. Great aircraft!
  9. Villers Bocage - minus the Tiger!

Thanks mate, I have just about played out all the missions in GMP 1, 2 and 3, and would really like to try these Normandy missions.
  10. Villers Bocage - minus the Tiger!

Great report, 33Lima, thanks for sharing. I have enjoyed all your battle reports, and they encouraged me to get into Steel Fury about six months ago. This Normandy add-on looks great. I have a question, though - where can I download it? I can't find a link to it at the Forumotion or Graviteam forums, or at the Tanksim.org download site. Also, where can I download the JulyUpd_2015 file I have seen mentioned (I am only up to the FebUpd_2015 update at present).
  11. Makes you want to cry, just looking at that Spitfire after the prang. It is proof of the old adage, though - any landing you walk away from is a good one.
  12. I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth.... Outstanding picture - what a classic aircraft.
  13. What a beauty, thanks Veltro! I especially like the camo paint job - very striking.
  14. Farman F.30

    What a beauty, thanks Stephen.
  15. This looks great, krfrge, a huge addition to the sim. Keep up the good work! As well as Hong Kong and Guangzhou, you might also think about adding Katherine airbase, a little south-east of Darwin - it is now the main USAAF and RAAF airbase in the area.
  16. T-34-85-2.7z

Great looking model, thanks Russo - much better than the stock TW version! In the INI file you have a low visibility distance set: [LOD001] Filename=T-34.LOD Distance=500 The more standard number is 8000, otherwise the tank disappears unless you get really close. Also, there is a typo in the Data.INI for the main gun. You have: [T_34_Mantle] SystemType=GUN GunTypeName=SystemType=GUN <-- this line should be deleted GunTypeName=85MM_ZiS-S-53 This gives the tank no functioning weapon, it should read: [T_34_Mantle] SystemType=GUN GunTypeName=85MM_ZIS-S-53
  17. Veltro2k's Me-323 Gigant transport has a couple of Opel Blitz trucks as cargo, which sounds similar to what you want to do. I think they are set up as fuel tanks, not as bombs, but are not able to be jettisoned, so they always stay inside the aircraft.
  18. Gladiator

Competition for the CR.42 - outstanding!
  19. Outstanding, thanks Geezer!
  20. CR42 (1940)

Thanks a lot mate, I am looking forward to it. I am having a blast flying this aircraft - the model is superb and the flight model very good.
  21. CR42 (1940)

Any chance of posting the templates? (I would like to have a go at creating a blank skin with decals applied, instead of all the aircraft having the same serial number painted on).
  22. What a beauty, thanks Veltro!
