Its TKs stock 3d model. The canards and refuel probe are from Alejandro and the additionally wing pylon is made by Wrench. -
TFSC ist der Treibstoffverbrauch. Ich habe dazu folgendes gefunden: TSFCM0= TSFCM1= AfterburnerTSFC= Total Specific Fuel Consumption at Idle power (entry 0), full Dry power (entry 1) and full afterburner power. Decreasing the values makes an engine more fuel efficient, incresing them makes it less efficient. MinFuelFlow= The engines minimum fuel flow at idle, I blieve this is in kilograms per minute. Fuel consumption never drops below this value. Ich würde sagen, daß du bei den fake engines einfach den Spritverbrauch auf 0 setzt und fertig ist die Laube. Für den Fall, daß das nicht klappt, dann nimm einen Wert 0,01 oder so.

The answer is simple. When i have spoken with former MiG-21 pilots some years ago, they told me, that the MiG-21PF was their favorite MiG-21 version. They called it MiG-21Sport or MiG-21GTI, because it was like a sportscar in comparision with the later MiG-21M or MF, which they descriped as agile as a truck. The fuel problem is relevant, but solved for the K with the refuel probe. Give me some more days for flighttests. At the moment the AI plane has sometimes problems with landing on carrier. -

The implementation of the R-13-300 engine and other improvements made the MiG-21SM. But even this plane was underpowered a little bit. So the MiG-OKB decided to try an uprated version of the R-13 engine which was originaly developed for the Su-15M. This engine was the R-13F2-300 with the same dry thrust like the old R-13-300, but an increased afterburner thrust of 70.2 kN. In 1970 one (other sources say 2) MiG-21SM were taken from the production line and were refitted to the SMF standard. Flighttest were held in 1970 and 1971 with satisfying results. A good horse jumps only as high as neccessary. More effort was not neccessary to beat Algeria. But i agree with you, the german team played a terrible ugly game. I dont know, wheter you know the old english football crack Gerry Linecker. He said: "Football is a game for 22 players and finaly the germans win."

It seems to be a hit in the right wing tank. The MiG-21 has only 150 liters there, if i remember correctly. If the fuel is vapored the fire will be out and the plane will have a fair chance to come home. During the India vs Pakistan war of 1973 an indian MiG-21 got a similar hit and came home with a hole in size of a football in the wing.

To have the planes is only one side of the medal. The other side are the pilots. Does the Iraq has pilots who can fly the Su-25 under war conditions? Does they have groundcrews to operate the plane?

Quick and dirty solution If you have no desert airfields, then try to use the airfields of WOV. Open the file Battle of Britain_targets.ini with Notepad Editor. press CTRL+H look for DESERT_AIRFIELD and replace it with VIETNAMSEA_AIRFIELD save the file and try it again. Could work. -

What i must do to to bring a new Air Force in a stock campaign? =========================================== Lets say i want to mod the WOE stock campaign Red Thunder 1962 and want to include the westgerman and the east german airforces. First we need the files woeCamp1.ini and WOECAMP1_DATA.ini both files you find in the folder Campaigns/woeCamp1 if not, then you must extract them with an extraction tool like SFP1E extractor Make following steps: 1.) open files woeCamp1.ini with windows notepad editor 2.) look for the lines [CampaignData] CampaignName=1962 DataFile=1962_data.ini CampaignMap=GermanyCE Service001=USAF Service002=RAF Service003=France 3.) add now Service004=EGermany Service005=WGermany 4.) save the file. Now we have included the Luftwaffe and the LSK/LV as new airforces which can deploy units in the campaign. Our next step is to bring 2 east german and 3 west german units in the campaign. For the blue side and for the red side. For instance, the JG-71 is the 46th blue unit. To get this number is relativly simple. You must look in the WOECAMP_DATA.ini and look for the last "blue" air unit. If you look right it is the 42nd TRS which has in the campaign the air unit number 045 [AirUnit045]. Thatywhy the next blue air unit has the UnitID=46, then comes 47 and so on. With the red air units it is a little bit mor difficult, because the first red air unit has in the data.ini the number [AirUnit046]. But in the woecamp.ini it is not designated as UnitID=46, because it is the first "red" air unit and thatswhy would get the designation UnitID=1 (only if the unit would be flyable) To get the correct UnitID= number of the 2 east german units we must count all red air units. If you do it you will see that we have in the stock campaign 33 soviet (red) air units. Thatswhy the first east german unit get the number UnitID=34 and the other UnitID=35 11.) Save the file. 12.) Finally comes the testing of the campaign. Thats it. I will upload the moded campaing under the title "1962" in the download section.

Free hunt missions, in NATO slang CAP was a very common mission type of the soviet fighter units in WW2. The soviet fighter pilots may not have had the same high scores as the germans, but they had higher scores than the british and american fighter pilots. And even in Korea the soviet top scorers had more kills than the american top scorers. The skin of a MiG-15 is thin aluminium. There is nothing for a bullit to bounce. In contrary, the 12.7mm bullits penetrated easily the skin of a MiG-15, but the damage inside the plane was minimal. So a MiG-15 could easily "eat" 40 or 50 rounds. The most number of survived hits was over 200. The only chance to kill a MiG-15 with one or two bullits was to hit the pilot.
