How do the Offset and Position numbers work when setting up naval fleets? I've some ideas that I'd like to simulate, such as a ship being towed by one or more tugs just in front, or a warship with a stores ship close by it's side undertaking a Replenishment At Sea. What do you think I should set the numbers for those scenarios?
