You! You're still dangerous, but you can be my wingman anytime! Bullsh*t! You can be mine! Really? Did I just say that you're dangerous but I'll be your wingman anytime? No I did not. You can be my wingman! Well maybe I don't want to be your wingman. You can be mine. etc. etc. etc.... -

It works! Thanks Erik. -
Up to episode 3 now in the UK - watched it last night. It's OK if a bit cliched, and the female synths are nice to look at ;) What I did like was the marketing campaign for the series with TV ads for the synths themselves, a mock store opening in London, a website and ebay listings to buy your own synth! http://www.personasynthetics.com/ http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Persona-Synthetics The guys at fembotcentral must be over the moon at this!

Eric, I don't know whether you've read any of Robert Gandt's Sam Maxwell series http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/g/robert-gandt/but they feature Superhornets of (IIRC) VFA-32, 34, 35 and 36 flying off the USS Ronald Reagan in various scenarios in the Middle East, Persian Gulf, Straits of Taiwan and South China Sea I don't think 35 or 36 fly the Superhornet, and had Intruders and Corsairs respectively.

Erick will his sort out the mobile version of the site or is that gone for good? -
Presumably the Captain of the Ross spilled his coffee all over his console and down his shirtfront during the unauthorised flyby!

"Seperate" vs "Merged"
allenjb42 replied to ckelly14's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Yes you would still be able to fly an Israeli campaign in a merged install from SF2:E if you also have SF2:I installed.. What Wrench is saying is that by only having what you need in a particular install that makes it a more customised experience. For example, when I'm choosing a mission in one of my SF2:I Installs (I've got 2: 1948 - 56 and 1967 up to date) I don't want to be scrolling through RAF Harriers, Spanish F/A-18s, Argentine Super Entendards etc. that have no place in the region, spoil the immersion and just clog up the game. Yes, I've got a basic SF2 with all and sundry in also, but I rarely use it because it's just so slow to load sometimes. So, all my installs are 'merged' (i.e. they include all of the stock planes, terrains, campaigns etc), but are 'separate' in that I tailor them for the specific experience I want. Hope that makes sense. Here's a screenie of my desktop today with my SF installs on the right, although with a 3 day Bank Holiday weekend to play with and a glaring gap where a SF2: WW2 Pacific install should be that might change over the next 36 hours! Welcome to the wonderful world of Strike Fighters and Combatace!! -
