you haven't DL it yet? this is my first ride in the hog when i got the demo - having not read the read me file, i couldn't figure out why my guns weren't firing - i read the keyboard commands doc. i'd armed my hog, and even pressed C for cannon (couldn't figure out why i had to do that bit, put it down to it being a beta) and nothing happend when i pulled the trigger.. had i read the read me file, i would have found out that i had to first press 7 to put me in A-G mode... DOH! ;) pls note the un realistic loss of fuel from the wing - a) as there isn't even a fuel cell in that part of the wing and B) the wings are the first cells of fuel to b used as they aren't protected by the self-sealing cells like in the body of the aircraft, this is so they are dry when the pilot enters combat.. but hey, its beta buld 5 :)

the TV hasn't been put in the demo - thats why there aren't any mavericks on ur demo mission load out, only on modified missions.. :) you can still zoom in on the hud and lock targets up with the TAB key :) using the Alt key u can then use ur hat switch on the joystick to slew the seaker head.. AND STOP CALLING IT A MFD!!!! ffs

generic? u talking about the trees and fields? define runs like total s**t - are u 1 of these people who feels that if they're not getting 100fps out of their FPS then the game is s**t? i find the demo totally playable (18-38fps) on my XP2200+ with 128Mb 9700 Pro running 1152x864 :) btw, u were taken for a monkey with the 256Mb 9800 :D

hope the mav's only come of the rails like they do in beta 5 and not in any others.. what i mean is they all come off the same rail until they've depleted - then it moves to the other side..

i think the pcb is the most important - without it u have no card ;) and a poorly designed 1 won't give u the full power of the chip :)
