not sure if it finds the directory by a search, or by a registry entry but default directory is obdsoftware\cfsww1 over flanders fields if you happened to modify this when it was installed, and it is a registry item..then you have to navigate to the entry someone else posted.. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OBD Software\Over Flanders Fields , and on the right hand side you will see offpath, and thats where its will be looking for the place to install curious..what is the error message you get?

Did you by any chance rename the default directory?

was planning to do pds mission, but with the expansion pack out,,,,will put up a mission or two that use the new planes. If people that want to fly do NOT have the expansion pack,,will do other missions insted.. but,,,get the damn pack!!!

Not in to modeling yet,,,but question.... did you use gmax to make that,,,i sorta thout gmax was for skinning,,,maybe its for both.... i did get autodesk maya (from a wf2 post a while back ago...) just havent done anything with it other than make a ball...... but when you are done,,,does whatever you use let you save it to a .m3d file? and if so,,,does whatever you use let you open, and edit m3d files? and,,if you know,,,does maya have the same capabilities?

if the aircraft type is 2, then the game dont seem to give two xxxx's whats in whos directory. I just did mp with vonguber, and i got a ton of planes in my directory from cfs3 (love the spitfire). I changed the aircraft type from 0 to 2, and no mismatches.
