This post was longer, but there is one little thing i have to check before i repost. As far as i can tell thou, i think its possible to have different planes in the hosts directory without causing mismatches for ppl joining.

Ive heard of problems when your video, (not sliders) settins are too low..... make sure the resolution for the game (in cfs3config), is set to the max your monitor will allow.

curious...the 0xFF..does that just tell it its hex? if you replaced "0xFFFFFFFF" with "255 255 255" would it still work?

lol..oh ok,,,now you made me look for it,,, its in the view.xml in the documentes and settings etc etc folder looks like its easier to edit in the master copy of view.xml,,,,think if you just deleted the view.xml it gets rewritten from the master of....

Yeah,,that message to reinstall off comes up way too often, and in 99.9999% of the time a quick trip to cfs3config fixes the problem.... Think maybe the devs should consider re-wording it, as it should not be taken seriously...

Got Xplane 9 while back before i had a decent computer, and it went the same route as MSFSX,,in the drawer.. Anyone else try it on a good computer,,and is it worth putting back on?+

Could not have said it better,,,,,and i mean that sincerly,,, But would like to try the "missions on the fly" (no pun) some more.. Im outta ideas right now for missions. Aside from take off,, fly, fly , fly, shoot shoot shoot,,land....its hard to figure out what gives a misssion "character" (ie,,train busters)... Everybody in the session chips in what they might want to see,,,and we throw toghether a quick package...Anything we come up with that is better than normal we save for another day... Oh,,and ill try not to put everybody on the same side again....

Am on teamspeak now (away), but will check in frequently for anyone who want to do some flying. If i dont respond right away, give me a few.......
