Ok, in the beginning of July, my mother had a real bad fall in our house. She broke her shoulder really bad. So bad that the EMT’s couldn’t find her pulse. Thankfully I was still in bed and on my nightstand I had my life line button to call for help. After few minutes (it felt like hours though), the EMT came. My mom asked them to get me up and put me in my electric wheelchair. And they did after they put on pants on me. As I was getting ready for contacting my cousin, I heard a knock on the door. As I was struggling to open the door (I’ll give that context soon), my cousin came in the house from the back sliding door. She said to me afterwards that what she saw in the house and saw me, she was about to cry. I’ll be very frank from now on so be patient with me. The house currently (yes currently I’ll explain soon) is a real hazard. Trash everywhere and neglected things around the house. My cousin told me that I was underweight and dehydrated. My eye sockets were sucked in. Do you remember the times I said I couldn’t be in streams (not for stomach issues, I had those) sometimes? It was because I got up real late (sometimes around 7pm) and haven’t eaten yet. So my cousin brought me to her home with her husband. I stayed there for few days mainly because both my cousin and her husband work. My cousin is a travel nurse, she had to start working again or lose her job. So they put me in a rehab/nursing facility. The main reason the house is a real hazard for me and for my mom is that my mother just gave up. She was slowly giving up of cleaning the house after my stepfather died in 2011. She unknowingly neglected me as well. I’m not mad at that, sometimes people don’t think right when they didn’t grieve right away or even after a year etc. Ok this will hard for me to tell you this. My mother isn’t mentally well. You see in 2012, my mom had breast cancer and had chemotherapy. They tutored you before your treatment and they said you had to keep your brain active or you’ll get “chemo brain”. From my understanding it’s type of dementia. My mom didn’t do that so right now it’s getting worse. The reason I knew about that is in 2013 I had testicular cancer. Had the same tutorial. But I kept my brain active by reading books and magazines. I went to this nursing home few times as a respite so i know the building. My mom was there for rehab but well let's say she let her shoulder healed improperly. I was supposed to stay in there for a month. But I was in four months when my cousin found out my former caseworker was dragging her feet. at one point, my former caseworker told my cousin to get me out of the nursing home because my former caseworker "found out" someone was purposely dragging this out so I'll be a permanment in there. ok, I noticed that I left out why I was in a nursing home. My house was a real hazard, trash was everywhere etc. My former caseworker was to get 3 cleaning companies to evalate/bid to clean the house. It should of been a month or two to do this by my cousin's and my research (when I was in there for 3 months). But anyway my cousin told my former caseworker no because we was told by my former caseworker I can't go home until my home was safe. My cousin and I think my former caseworker did that to cover her ass. Jump by this month, I won't drag this any further but my house is kinda safe but my area (my pc and tv) is still flithy and cluttered. I'm home. My cousin will help declutter and clean my area for aide service in future (I don't know when though) this weekend. There's more but I wanted to post this first.

That day was really taxing on me (someone was accusing me on something but its false. not on here though) Second where was i since then? I've been watching Youtube videoes on a new sim lite called Nuclear Option. It is like SF2 but with fictional (not really, there's a fighter that looks like F-23 Black widow) aircraft and tonight I finally bought it on Steam (17.99). There's no third person view, and IMHO its FM is more phyics based. The dm is insane, its like IL2's dm with inner dm. The dev will have modding capabilities soon and the lead dev wants to see real aircraft flying with and against his fictional aircraft. And yes, there's nuclear weapons from tactical and thermonuclear weapons. They recently put naval ships and an ECM aircraft. Right now I'm having lil trouble of calibrating my throttle. Its a bit sensitive for taixing. I think NO is the SF replacement we are looking for with updated graphics and FM and DM. Have a look on youtube.

@PJB TK screwed modders here when he locked up the .lods AND .vfx files because of an CIV3 asshole stole Thirdwire .lods by claiming they're his. Since then TK hated modders as a whole. Before all of that, TK was in favor of modding.

The old Jane's sims used the diamond HUD symbol for all huds if i remember correctly... Can you modify the SF2 NA avoinics?

Dude, what about the old school "lock on" diamond? Make it "shake" when growling, then make it "soild" when its locked on... Falcon

You need to put the sight on the target. the harder you pull Gs the sight will pull away.. Use gentle turns or let the plane naturally turn then pull your flight stick gently to have the sight stay on the target. Falcon

Oh that, I misunderstood. Yeah but last night it couldn't recalibrate for some reason. I ran the DIView again before logging onto CA tonight and it recalibrated my stick. Weird. Thanks for helping :) Falcon

Tried that and its gone. since WIN10 I think. Thats why I need a third party software. Falcon

Need to re-calibrate my stick again. I have the DView software and it worked before but it stopped working. I have another software named Joystick Gremlin but I get errors since I first runned it about few years ago. Is there another third party software to calibrate my stick? Falcon

SF2 july update locked few .CAT files if I remember correctly due to fews bad actors who stole few .LODs for a Civ game and took credit for the models. TK locked few .CAT files the .LOD files were in including the EFX files. So be lucky the FE2 CAT are true open structured. Since then TK didn't trust modders. Falcon

Hey guys, I am thinking of trying DCS for few years now and I have few questions about it. Many of you guys at CombatAce know I'm disabled and my questions will be around that. 1. How detailed are the preferences/options in DCS? 2. Can I make DCS like Strike Fighters in gameplay but more realistic in some ways? (like keep the radars like in SF. Example have the radar cursor in DCS act like the radar cursor in SF?) 3. How is the offline AI in DCS. Does the DCS AI cheat? I heard that they put blindspots in the AI's aircraft so players can use real bounce tactics against them. 4. Speed in combat. In IL2 and its WW1 addon I have to slow down the sims speed to order to do combat because in normal lapse time, its like playing in fast forward. I hope its not like that in DCS. I may have more questions in few days and I hope you guys understand my questions/concerns. Thanks in advance. Falcon
