  1. Wrench, here's the manual in PDF format. Pilot's Flight Operating Instructions for B-25J (1944).7z
  2. I was going to give you a report but my joystick has stopped working. I need to check and see if it is the stick or my computer before I can do the testing. While you wait for me to resolve the joystick I thought I would give you some links to charts about the B-25's bomb load and a B-25J Flight Manual. http://i.imgur.com/eDj6EtN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/LmN4WoP.jpg http://i.imgur.com/Pa7GtCe.jpg http://i.imgur.com/l1bOrzf.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZcBM5iw.jpg http://www.scribd.com/doc/101245200/Pilot-s-Flight-Operating-Instructions-for-B-25J-1944
  3. Wrench, send it to me and I will take a look at it.
  4. ignacioc91, you should take a look at the "Vertical Pack for Soviet Navy 1.0" mod by Snailman and the "LHA mod for stock SF2NA version 1.0" mod by JSF_Aggie. I have provided the Cat, Deck, and Cable data of the Kiev and LHA-1 from each of these mods, plus the ThirdWire Kiev for comparison and contrast, for you below. In spoiler tags to save space. From the "Vertical Pack for Soviet Navy 1.0" mod by Snailman. From file "KIEV_DATA.INI" by Snailman. From File "KIEV_DATA_PLAYER.INI" by Snailman. From File "KIEV_82_DATA.INI" by Snailman. From the "LHA mod for stock SF2NA version 1.0" mod by JSF_Aggie From File "LHA-1_DATA.INI" by JSF_Aggie. From the "Default ThirdWire Kiev" by TK From Stock File "KIEV_DATA.INI" by TK.
  5. There are Meteor and BrimStone missiles in MGunny's Ordnance Shop II for SF2. It also would not hurt to grab ravenclaw_007's Weapons - Pack 1 & Weapons Pack 2 for updated versions of some weapons.
  6. I am putting together a large RWR.LIS file but I need some help finding the 25 RWR TGA files listed below. If you have any of these files would you please send them my way. RWR_9A.tga RWR_APG99.tga RWR_Boat.tga RWR_C.tga RWR_Draken.tga RWR_F-2A.tga RWR_F-24.tga RWR_Headlights.tga RWR_HQ-7.tga RWR_IL-50.tga RWR_KF1.tga RWR_Mirage2kd.tga RWR_Mirage5.tga RWR_Naval.tga RWR_SA-1.tga RWR_SA-4.tga RWR_SA-12.tga RWR_SA-20.tga RWR_SA-21.tga RWR_SA-23.tga RWR_SeaHarrier.tga RWR_Saeqeh.tga RWR_TornF3.tga RWR_Typhoon.tga RWR_YAK-141.tga
  7. Wrench, i just checked and found that I had the old F-35 2.3 installed not the latest 2.5 version. Hence the the 3-ring RWR.
  8. First, does the "RadarFamilyName=" under [DetectSystem] in the "MiG-31_DATA.INI" file match the one in the "FA-18E_RWR.LST" file? Second, did you add the "ThreatLibraryFile=FA-18E_RWR.lst" line under the [RWR] entry in your "F-35C_AVIONICS.ini" file? [RWR] Type=3_RING AirSearchTexture=Cockpit/RWR/AirSearch.tga AirTrackTexture=Cockpit/RWR/AirTrack.tga AirLockTexture=Cockpit/RWR/AirLock.tga GroundSearchTexture=Cockpit/RWR/SurfaceSearch.tga GroundTrackTexture=Cockpit/RWR/SurfaceTrack.tga GroundLockTexture=Cockpit/RWR/SurfaceLock.tga SearchPosition=0.90 TrackPosition=0.55 LockPosition=0.15 SearchSize=0.125 TrackSize=0.125 LockSize=0.125 SearchFlash=FALSE TrackFlash=FALSE TrackFlashRate=0.5 LockFlash=TRUE LockFlashRate=0.1 TrackSound=F35Track.wav LockSound=F35Search.wav ThreatLibraryFile=FA-18E_RWR.lst <-----------------Did you add this? Third, is the [DetectSystem] entry on the F-35C missing statements like the ones below(from the F-22) at the end of it? If so then the RWR may not know what frequencies it can see. HasRWR=TRUE RWRMinFreq=0.5 RWRMaxFreq=20.0 RWRCanDetectCW=TRUE
  9. Sokol, take a look at the attachment. You should be able to just drop the Effects and Objects folders into your install and have them work. Be sure to back up your Effects folder first! Weapon Effects.7z
  10. Sokol, yes there are other Water Hit Effects. I will see about putting together some of them for you.
  11. The JAS39F.ini file points to "AvionicsDataFilename=JAS39E_AVIONICS.ini" but the actual file name in the JAS39F folder is "JAS39F_AVIONICS.ini". You need to change the "E" to an "F" in the "AvionicsDataFilename=" entry in the JAS39F.ini file.
  12. According to the info here http://www.mustangsmustangs.com/p-51/?specifications the P-51B/C had 315 rounds per gun. If I recall correctly the D/K had more ammo for the two innermost guns than for the four outer guns. I think 350 for each innermost pair and 295 for the other four. But that is just off the top of my head so don't quote me on it.
  13. Here is the link to the gallery of pictures I took aboard the USS North Carolina Battleship Museum on 6/19/2014. https://imgur.com/a/WCpNU#0
  14. USS North Carolina (BB-55) Pictuers

Fubar512, I am a bit jealous, getting to see a ship with no barriers. I have been to the USS Alabama (BB-60), USS Missouri (BB-63), and this is my second time to the USS North Carolina (BB-55). I would really like to see the USS Texas (BB-35) but I am from Michigan and I don't know when I will ever get the chance to go to Corpus Christi, Texas. Thanks, pcpilot. To bad about the USS Midway (CV-41), I have been aboard the USS Yorktown (CV-10) at Patriots Point in Charleston, South Carolina. I bet the Midway is impressive to see. Do you gave any pictures of her? Wrench, I would like to see those pictures. I should probably scan the pictures my family took aboard Missouri at Pearl Harbor in 2001.
  15. I am going to be visiting the USS North Carolina museum this week and I fly out tomorrow afternoon. Do any of our WWII modders have any request on any part of the ship or object aboard that they would liked photographed? I probably will not be able to log in to CombatAce while I am away but I should still be able to check the site. I will probably be visiting the ship Thursday so you have about 24-hours to make any request. No promises I will get what you want, but I figured I should offer.
  16. now this is a ceiling fan

Cool, but 48 inches is to small it needs to be 134 inches in diameter. Also 60 watts is a little low, power should be in the 1000kW range. ;-) LOL
  17. I am going to be visiting the USS North Carolina BB-55 museum next week and have been putting together a folder of information on the ships to take with me. However I have been unable to find an online copy of the Booklet of General Plans for the North Carolina. I would like to ask if anyone has a copy or knows of a link to where a copy of the North Carolina's plans can be found? If so would you please let me know. Thank you.
  18. Great info Wrench. I knew about the Tallboy based "Tarzon" from Korea but good job confirming the Grand Slams.
  19. You can use GIMP or Artweaver Free. They are open source alternatives to photo shop. I used GIMP to make the decals for the V/W Class Destroyer. http://www.gimp.org/ http://www.artweaver.de/en/download You should also read this. http://combatace.com/topic/76701-making-decals-using-gimp/
  20. Maybe one of these? LOL
  21. The picture of the F-15 kicking out flares is incredible.
  22. You could try adding a second deck lod with a separate entry from the flight deck in the data ini to represent the hanger deck.
  23. I believe that 76.IAP-Blackbird has an SU-34 in development. See the post below. http://combatace.com/topic/40165-blacks-projects-su-33ubsu-25-wip-and-more/?p=405009
  24. A campaign to save part of the Willow Run bomber plant successful. http://www.freep.com/article/20140501/NEWS05/305010090/Rosie-Riveter-s-Willow-Run-Bomber-Plant-saved-from-wrecking-ball http://savethebomberplant.org/
  25. I found a model of a MEKO 200 HYDRA-ANZAC CLASS over on TurboSquid selling for $30.00. http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/meko-200-3d-max/739160 I would like some advice from the modders here on whether or not you think it would be worth while to purchase it? I know that without the ability to look at the file itself it is hard to tell but do you think that this model could, with a reasonable amount of work, be made game usable? If so how hard do you think it would be to modify it to represent other variants of the MEKO 200 Class frigate? As for licensing I believe that the SF2 LOD format would meet the criteria stipulated in the Royalty Free License for use in games.
