Well I got the Mortar Container working. I adjusted some things and voila! It works! Anyway I have to fix the 3D model so when it superelevates, it looks good and the like. So next update I'll have the Mortar Container uploaded. Probably soon though as I considered this a critical thing to upload anyway.

EricJ Helicopter Pack RC74 - Fixed the TF 562 Engineer display name, displays correctly as "Engineer" - Added default datalink capability to the MH-80 and MH-67, and AH-96 - Fixed a LOD issue with the AH-6J, at a certain distance the muzzleflash could be seen as active without the weapons firing - Added a "alpha" Mortar Container. So far it can only fire HE rounds and has limited use. Only reason it's in this build is for the helos to be added so players can get their hands on them. Right now it's considered a WIP system, and should probably used by the AI for now. - Added two "Open Door" helicopters. One MH-60M and one MH-92 per a request. So far due to animation reasons the helos can only have four outside in order to work properly. https://drive.google.com/file/d/120t7rmujlRffCZoz74po0gk43fkZ2DqV/view?usp=sharing
  5. I am aware of that, but thanks

AH-1Z RC12 - Fixed shadow LODs with the Pylon proxy so the shadows reflect the chosen loadout of the helo https://drive.google.com/file/d/11yrTyl90ZksvP5opLX9TnNZMS5mAL8IV/view?usp=sharing
  7. Gotta keep it real man...
  8. It's just finding the right folder. It should have something like "F-4D_75_AVIONICS.ini", so it corresponds to the right aircraft. It's easy when the folders are already there in the Mod Folder for you to add your custom ini. Just place it in the appropriate folder and then and go fly with the new changes. That's the coolness of the mod folder anyway as you can have your own edits for the game, even the stock birds.
  9. How do you run out of reactions? I never knew you did. And no problem. What I suggest you do is if you have an external hard drive that you extract ALL of the files into a folder that is separate from everything, so you can find it that way. I recommend this because I don't know which .cat the F-4 files are in at, just the file vomit that it does for you.
  10. Most of the stock planes have their files in the .cat files, so you'll need to find it in the numerous .cat files wtih the CATextractor.

Well after some testing, it seems that the UH-92s can pick up some vehicles (like the Offroad, and probably a few others) without issue, but the ones listed before still hold. I still don't know where to really ask, as I'm not sure if it's a config issue, or a model issue. Due to an unrelated issue the memory points of the UH-92 are the same as the MH-92 (Insertion), so it's not a messed up memory point that was causing the issue. Once I figure out what is causing it I'll fix it as best as possible. Right now not much else on the horizon, still waiting for help with the artillery pieces, so I can get the Mortar Container and the M119A3 uploaded for use, and so on. I'm taking my time with the Armored SUV since I guess it's "okay" for users as they haven't said much about it, or nothing as of yet. I still have to figure on how to raise the chassis as so far it seems to be a low rider and using the same drive system as the Offroad. So more will be updated the more I figure out. I am thinking of doing a wheeled drone, which was sort of the point of the Armored SUV, to understand what to do with the car model and so on. But I have to come up with a solid design before I move forward wtih that.
  12. I do a lot of Arma 3 modding, mainly helos and the like, so I know where you're coming from. I've gotten a lot of requests that the game just doesn't support, so I know when a game says NO to me.
  13. That and File404 is kinda a popular 3D artist. Note that you can probably get it on TurboSquid and solve that "issue" with getting a better model and the like. Hell File404s models have been used in a defunct DCS project I was working on years ago and seems to be part of the YAP-RW model too.
  14. From what I understand that it doesn't matter the actual size of the model, it'll still show it as visible in the viewport. I'm sure @mue can clarify, but more or less that's what I believe happens anyway.
  15. You should try and resize it, as that looks to be the problem to me.
  16. I think (haven't looked) in the Downloads section, but the games should already be patched to July 2013 if I remember right, so there shouldn't be any issue. I'd recommend the SF2 Complete though if you got 99bucks to spare.

AH-1Z RC11 (no RC10 I realize, though that incorporated hit point adjustment) - Cleaned up shadow LODs, removing legacy stuff - Main rotor shadow is visible https://drive.google.com/file/d/11xngjjatrHjHNrg2bl5tdAYNdyQSdG0N/view?usp=sharing
  18. I mean you can try, but I'm not going to say you'd be successful. It's just a matter of what's hardcoded and the like.
  19. The only special store was the bomb fuel tanks. Other than that I don't think (nor heard or seen) recon pods with flares in them as well.

Armored SUV RC5 - Tweaked config and PhysX settings - Possibly removed error message for the model.cfg since it seems to be the same as the BIS model.cfg

This is the issue I'm having with the UH-92s and S-94s: First aircraft is the UH-92, and then the MH-92 (Insertion). If somebody knows a fix then I'm open to suggestions.
  22. EricJ Release Thread

Well things are going slowly, no response for the artillery question I asked in the Editing forum, and may take awhile for somebody to help. Anyway, I've run into the issue with the UH-92s and S-94s. They simply can't lift some things, which I assume is most objects, like trucks and vehicles. They recognize something as liftable and that works fine, it works. But when I try and lift anything but the containers that come with the EricJ Helicopter Pack, they violently resist and essentially forces you to unhook from the load you want to lift. This doesn't happen with the MH-92F (Insertion), which has no real problem lifting vehicles and such. I don't know what causes this issue, as I'm sure it's fairly generic to do with the game default or DLC vehicles. So if anybody knows how to fix this, I'd appreciate it, or point me to what I can do to fix it would be nice.
  23. Update: I do have the Super Hornet project on my mind as of late, but I've been working on some Arma 3 projects instead of doing much anything else (I'm not even writing either). So it's on the backburner as I'm sure GKABS is busy with his A-6 project. GKABS has the .max files (and so do I actually) for the mod, but I want to feel him out and see where he's at right now. I'll ask him sometime to see if he's busy so he can do some of the stuff I want to happen (I need to make a list again based on what I requested from FastCargo). So I'm just busy working on Arma 3 for now, and wanted to do some skins (That VAQ-144 Main Battery livery is pretty cool) and whatnot, but haven't found the motivation for anything else right now, given I'm running into some problems with some Arma 3 mods that I want to finalize and get to a point where I can work on other things.
  24. EricJ Release Thread

Armored SUV RC4 - Added some side mirrors via the Samples model, and it seems to work and then it doesn't work but it's done the same way. Also added some exhaust and tweaked the steering/handling a little bit.
