Yeah.. but the lack of a proper FM.. makes them useless IMHO. I know some have gotten somewhere, I haven't seen anything to make it worthwhile to download it.

And since I'm on that subject. Just quick like while I'm working on the skin for the ATFLIR. FC figureamajigged it so it rotates like a turret. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure due to game limitations it can't orient itself to the locked on target. But it's a neaty little feature anyways, and quite cool actually. And no again, due to limitations, you cannot aim the pod itself.

Well I'll admit it improves the look of the thing. It's just one of those planes that they should have never spent the time and money on. Good idea as it is a good plane, but.... not a good execution.

Agreed, I've never been on a deck but that would scare me! Wrench you gotta write a tutorial on doing that stuff, and really man... too much time on your hands... You thinks you can add more stuff to the SoCal terrain, like more SAM sites in the valleys or what not? It seems... "barren" in some places. I could take the time but not sure on where you're at (if you're going to improve the terrain) to submit them or to do that. The only thing that's lacking on that bird (or the Plus) if you don't edit the ini, is a jammer. I flew it in the Afghan map and that reflex to hit the jammer was too instinctive and you're like "crap no jammer!"

That's good to know man, but I'll stay "pure" as Dave and I were talking about that last night. So in any case, the F looks beautiful, did a few Range tests and it seems to be fine. There's a snag I want to re-verify but other than that... beautious work :good: :good:

Well was going to show a screenie of the F but FC got there first. ATFLIR is now in game, and it's setup as a pylon but you can't load anything else. Due to coding I'm quite sure you can mount a different pod, as the screenie shows. JAT81500 sent me a layer for extra detail work, revised intake warning stickers and serial number:

I had it on Easy, but after reading this topic, Normal (meaning I forgot about the changes DS mod made). I really should just change the FM to Hard, to really have some fun since I can always land fairly easy.

On what plane do you need it on and where? If you done skinning, I guess that's MSFS? All textures are 24 bit bitmaps, no DXT settings.
