  1. Actually it's Sundowner who made the skins and template
  2. I'm tending to start to disagree with that statement (with no offense to you). I think it's more or less the pilot, not the machine. You equip any multirole plane right and it starts to boil down to pilots skill. For instance me, I'm a virtual strike pilot through and through. Nothing like screaming down valleys, mountains, dodging trees, buildings, wires, etc just to drop a bomb or launch a missile. Get me in the Wild Blue Yonder and it's like "Okay man, where are my AMRAAMs?, i.e. I can do BVR, but get me into a dogfight... yeah right. Whereas people enjoy the thrill of dogfighting and all that jazz. Sure militaries these days only have so much time and money so that's where I think that's where it comes from. Personally I think the Gripen and EF2000 suffer only in range, not so much capability, they're both really nice to fly and couldn't ask for anything else, well a Super Hornet but that's for some other place and time. But the JSF fills the requirements that the Marines like and overall it's a cool little toy plane but nothing to get excited over IMHO.
  3. AmokFloo seems to be MIA. I had asked craigbrierly but he's going to get to it eventually. I got the model still, the doors needs to be redone for the landing gear, and needs to be mapped, and of course brought into game.
  4. Add LGR to the pylon in the F18A_Data.ini file. You have to have the specific weapon type as single on the pylon to enable it to carry multiple missiles. Had that issue with my dual rail AMRAAM pylons, as it would show up the same, but after adding the single "AHM" it worked as it should.
  5. Hey Julhelm mind editing the picture so it reads like "make stuff up?"
  6. Definitely Beautiful, any chance of a PSD when released?
  7. It could very well be a ferry flight. Ferry flight armament procedures may be different than what the US tends to do
  8. It is pretty cool, extra fuel tanks overall a must for missions I would suppose, as I had to bring them for a recce mission just to check out the area..
  9. Some things to think of: -Credit the original author of the work. -Get with the original authors so they're aware of it. It makes life easier for all of us who has to deal with the drama of figuring out who's it really is.
  10. Have to say I like this system, and a little test I did, works great for those times you just overfly the target....
  11. Just do this: "USN,USAF" for the pylons in the _DATA.ini file, and then you can utilize the pods. Or just go through the weapons editor and check "USN" for the LAU-3
  12. Really good stuff man, and quick question, those SCALP/EGs on the Gripen?
  13. Well AmokFloo seems MIA, so if there's a reliable person who can complete this then PM me.
  14. FastCargo and Wingwhiner also have released some individual systems, been having some fun with the JSOWs recently so it's definitely something to check out as well...
  15. Well.... as far as an update... can't tell you where it's at because after that last PM.... AmokFloo may be in school or to be honest not sure so when I find out something I'll let you all know. Unless somebody wants to finish it (I have the models before animations) I'll see what he says..
  16. That is a great question, and given how much USAFMTL does know, that suggests that somebody's confused or assuming that there should be a new one. I'm still adding bits from the old Bunyap pack here and there.
  17. MiG-29KUB in Indian Colours

Definitely looking better than a UB....
  18. Howabout an F-16/X-29 combo that some have theorized back in the 80's? That's an idea for the future...
  19. http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/c/harold...all-enemies.htm This one
  20. "Against All Enemies" by Harold Coyle wasn't bad either, if only one novel.
