  1. They say F-16.net would be a good resource but you can see there for any more information that you may want to look at for the Falcon.
  2. Been practicing a moving carrier now, as I was used to the stock carrier not moving once I launched.
  3. The _Data.ini has this line: RadarFamilyName=SA-10A So in your RWR file (you should be able to select it with Notepad or something) and you should put this in your RWR.lst file: SA-10A=RWR_SA-10.tga
  4. Sorry, go to Objects/Groundobject and add that to the SA-10_RDR vehicle. What you're showing me are the missiles, not the vehicle itself.
  5. Found a YAP-RW carrier that works, i.e. moves so I can now do traps while it's underway.
  6. Some more trapping in the Lighting II. I mean it's modeled pretty nice with my tweaks, so it's not that bad, just another USN plane to think of flying more, who knows.
  7. Yeah and apparently I misspelled it too. RadarFamilyName=SA-10 Add that line to the [DetectSystem] part of the SA-10s _data.ini, and that should fix it.
  8. When I still was young my Dad would take me to Lowry AFB and look at some of the USAF stuff. Never saw any USN stuff of course, other than in pictures, but that looked cool what you did there.
  9. It's only too bad we don't have the original 3D model of the cockpit, as this could use some work. Still, not a bad plane to fly. Needs some tweaking and updating but I had an okay time with it. simonmiller416 did a good external skin though.
  10. I guess so, but isn't the Shafrir an IR missile? Or is it a SARH? Edit: It's an IR missile
  11. I think the L-39 is DDS as well, but it's been a minute since I've flown the plane so I don't know for sure.
  12. More than likely a .tga file rather than DDS, which if I'm not mistaken isn't very common with SF2. I think one plane uses it but most of the files are just .jpg and so on.
  13. Yeah was going to say good luck with that. I don't know which cat it's in (I extracted all for myself, was hunting down some stuff for the F-14A to use on a TMF bird I was thinking of doing) so good luck with that!
  14. From what I gather through working with the Super Hornet cockpits is that the cockpit has that stuff already embedded. Or to make a long story short you'd need the original max file to edit it so it would say Sparrow. Failing that you're just going to have to live with it unless you change the image file, which can be a workaround too. You'll have to find that file and use an image editing program (PS, GIMP, etc) to do it.
  15. Your RWR is setup fine. Here's the .tga zipped up. It may be that you don't have an image program that can't open it (like GIMP, ,Phoroshop, etc.) because it opens fine on my end. It may be a glitch on the CA site so here it is zipped up so you can extract it. RWR_SA-10.7z
  16. You'll have to update the RWR file to represent the SA-10. Make sure that the SA-10 you have has a RadarFaminlyName= in the _data..ini of the SA-10 (goes in DetectSystm) and introduce a tga file, such as the one attached: To edit the RWR file (a .lst file) open it within the aircraft folder something like Notepad or something like that, add this line to it: SA-10=RWR_SA-10.tga Put the RWR_SA-10.tga in your Flight folder in your mod folder, after that check your RWR and if the 10 shows up you got it done right. RWR_SA-10.tga
  17. Came in real nice but ended up in a bolter. Not that I had problems, but I did forget to drop the hook...
  18. It should only be SA-5s if that's the only SAM, but the game will tell you what missile was fired at you in the debriefing screen.
  19. Thanks to Cliff7600 I can now trap in the Prowler (at least the ICAP III) much better, but this last trap could have been better...
  20. View File EA-18G VAQ-129 "Line" Jet Since VAQ-129 is the US Navy's Fleet Replacement Squadron there are a variety of numbers that the aircraft uses. I tried to get most of them listed but I'm sure I missed some here and there given the state of my reference photos and resources. It's not designed to be exhaustive, but include the numbers I have seen The file structure is the same so just unzip and place in your mod folder and it shouldn't need to overwrite. 22. Uploading now and waiting for approval
  23. VAQ-129 "Line" jet markings. I've noticed this before and wanted to include it in the skin set. I need to do a few more decals though as I need to comb through reference photos and get as many numbers as I can though.
  24. A VAQ-129 pilot trains with the Growler
  25. I think it's depending on the targeting pod, but the way I can tell I'm in range is that the display zooms in on the target too, like Mavericks and LGBs JDAMs are about five miles or so and accurate with level flight as they don't use the targeting pod (if the game selects JDAMs first).
