Hi!!! I'd like to have some opinions and ideas for a new terrain and campaign. I was thinking about a Norwegian Sea terrain (Iceland, Scotland, the North Atlantic ocean and the Norwegian Sea); Iran (the hole of Iran, Iraq, southern Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the Persian Gulf); the Korean Peninsula (China, Russia, North and South Korea, part of Japan); the Balcans (the hole Balcans Peninsula, Italy, the Adriatic Sea, southern Germany). Maybe, it would be nice to have a Caribbean terrain too, for a Missile Crisis that went hot, but I don't have a jungle texturelist. Any Idea? opinions? -

What I have just done, is extracting the entire .CAT file, convert the TGA to bmp and paste the TexturelistWoV that came with the TE in the VietnamSEA folder. That's it. When I try to open the texturelist from the TE, where the textures should appear, remains in blank! South America sounds nice. I'd like to have the Colombia-Venezuela area and Central America. BUT I have no VietnamSEA textures!!!!! And it would not be realistic to have a jungle terrain with GermanyCE tiles. After extracting and converting the .TGA to bmp, when I try to open the texturelist with TE, it just remains in blank!!!! Any Idea? Maybe someone can send me a working texturelist, or tell me what to do, because it's driving me nuts!!!! I am capable of GermanyCE and Desert tiled terrains, but no jungle, and that's a bit limiting. -

I have also thought about a bigger SEA terrain, to recreate the Sino-Vietnamese War, but, again, I don't have the texturelist for the VietnamSEA terrain, and the one that comes woth the TE does not work. If someone has a working one, please send it to me!!! Thanks!! -

Hi!!! Is it possible to have a terrain with multiple biomes? For instance, a Mediterranean Sea terrain, with GermanyCE tiles in southern Europe, and Desert tiles in northern Africa. Hola! El mod Malvinas es para Strike Fighters 1, diseñado para Windows Xp. Debe ser por eso que te funciona mal. No se si habrá alguna solución. También puede ser que hayas cometido algún error en la instalación, en ese caso, mirá si el anda bien sin el mod, o si también anda mal. Espero te haya sido útil. Un abrazo desde Mar del Plata!

This will act as a README. Instructions: After extracting the .zip, you'll find a folder called "PATRIOT". It has two .txt files in it. Copy the contents of the "Copy to xxxxx_TYPES" file to your TERRAIN_TYPES.ini Copy the contents of the "Copy to xxxxxx_targets" file to your TERRAIN_TARGETS.ini FOLLOW THE NUMBERING SEQUENCE!!! Required files: PAC-2 SAM system by orsin: http://combatace.com...c-2-sam-system/ You'll notice that the battery has two SAM radars and two EWR. That's because the engine identifies the PATRIOT radar and EWR as a ground objects and not as radars. The won't appear on RWR and anti-radiation missiles will not home onto them. In the way I arranged the battery, a homing missile will destroy the generic radar, and, because of proximity, the PATRIOT radar too. I agree with you, thanks for your advice!!!!! I don't know who is the original author of the ground plate, I took it from another terrain. As regards to SAMs, I tried to place them within the plate, but I had a hell of a time with it. When I places the SAM launchers, the radars did not appear. Is like they are mocking me hahaha. Any idea about that? Thanks!!! -

This is a NATO Vehicle Depot. This is an enhanced version. If you have the old one, just delete it and install this one. Instructions in the README pdf included. It has SAMs, but for a dark reason, the may not appear. I hope you enjoy it!!!! Hi!!! I heard that both the F-14 Tomcats and AIM-54 Phoenix missiles are out of service in the US Navy. Is that so?? I am not sure, so I ask you guys! By the way, does someone know what does AIM stand for in AIM-9 Sidewinder, AIM-7 Sparrow, etc.??? Thanks!!

Hi!!!! I don't know what is the problem exactly, but I do know that it has something to do with the VietnamSEA_data.ini file. You may try the following: 1. Make a backup of the VietnamSEA_data.ini 2.Replace it with the original VietnamSEA_data.ini file (the one that comes with WoV, you may find it in the CAT file). I hope it works!!! Ignacioc91 -
