XP is good too mate, if that's what you have then use it, but I was just saying Win 7 because XP doesn't support some of the features that 7 does not support directX 11 either which can be a downer for some things, I have an XP based pc as well as this one for running older stuff on, like Silent Hunter 3 , which has a few problems with Win 7 . and some of the older stuff, but Win 7 is still supported, and is stable too, so if you can get your hands on a copy ( by fair means or foul ) it is worth considering.

works just fine in win 7, win 10 is a nightmare, bin it forthwith and do the Xp, or win 7 dance, win 7 is probably better as it is still being supported for now by Microcrooks....sorry soft.
