  1. piecemeal how you get rid of that twilight bloom/hdr? seems i can't get rid of it... worked a lot on environmentsystem.ini without luck.
  2. seven 64 can handle almost any 32bit app... but you're probably right.. if you lose only 500Mb and you need a lot of backward compatibility then you'll be fine. to be sure not to have problems with older apps i leaved my old XP 32bit in a partition with a bootloader just in case.
  3. heh wonder who are the three boogies in my six this deserve respect...
  4. hah nice terrain and airfield objects!
  5. well Seven 64bit is a must if you have more than 3Gb of RAM... is compatible with 32bit compiled applications but really shines with 64bit applications.
  6. AHHHH there is nothing better than patrolling the skies in the early morning! what about that shooting star?
  7. those eagles are awesome! but especially the aircraft_data... the feel with the stick is amazing! and the cockpit are really impressive without framerate drops! thanks a lot!
  8. Ok.. for the F-14 fans, thanks to the wonderful MirageFactory F-14B. and another one for the F-15D club... the real 'eighties Air-to-Air superiority fighter...

    Hello!

Hi all, im rather new at flying things, but i played a lot old sims when i was a teenager... i remember Aces High, F-15 strike eagle, the old Falcon for Amiga, Comanche 4, F-117A. I say the old Microprose did really a lot of funny sims... and the best i did was Dogfight from microprose.. the only one with lot of aircrafts with their own pits. now im startin loving this Strike Fighters 2 sim... and this got no rivals in terms of fun, dynamicity and eventually graphics. looks like more a indie game but the dynamic missions and campaigns really addicted me. Now im 29 years old with a comin daughter and i hope for the best. well i'm no pilot or aviator... i only once piloted a ultralight amateur plane with my uncle's instructor when i was 13... was fantastic tho... my grandfather used to take me with him at Villafranca NATO base to watch AMI F-16 takin off for training... i still remember the smell of aviation fuel afterburned in the takeoffs... Thats all! see ya around!
