I think it came up before, and I don't think we can do anything about it in P3. Maybe in P4 we can calculate it differently. You can pause for 17 hours if you want to cheat.

Could be wrong sure, I think warp can mess things. Also if the mission is over the timer in CFS3 stops I believe. Maybe you failed something (protect wingmen) or maybe succeeded etc.

Hi Mike If the CD is old maybe v3.0 it won't (also make sure you try the other CD if it's a two CD set). Hence the need to update to 3.1 if v3.0. Point it to your installed CFS3 not the CD in that case.

Really great film Jammer - nice touch with the old pilot. We know the work involved to make one of these so well done and thanks! I agree with the guys I think it would be excellent on the front page - edit: added it as we had a section for user vids on the front page before, I had to remove the previous one due to space, but it fits well now. (if you are OK with that of course Jammer? Let me know if not).

We have Windows 7 64bit for testing, (I run that anyway as my main OS) but I already have DX9 from other games installed so have no problems - but worth adding to the FAQ if it's not there already -ta Yes DX11 is DX9 "compatible" as it where, but you will find some games specifically require DX9 to be installed too Olham -they can happily co-exist on Windows 7 at least.

That's probably a bug Hasse in the squad data or manager possibly. N11 should be always available if it's listed as we do have a N11 :) i.e. It should be available even without skins (default is used if no squad skin is made yet).

Yeah corrupt words sounds like you have a problem with memory, video or something Siggi. No corruption on my screen of those words or options. Yep they are working on many aspects and bringing updates out often with new features, so I think a lot of the arcade bits will be improved on anyway. But as always it's down the the paying person to make their own mind up and you have so nothing much more to discuss. I like it and the promise it has - steam is a whole other subject.

There are also many pictures on our website OFF is MUCH better than CFS3, but please read the forums, and look and watch some movies maybe. Scenery for example is massively improved (and has been several times since) and you will see it's possibly some of the finest scenery available. Bear in mind that the scenery goes on across the whole of Europe so you can fly from England to Switzerland in one go if you like (huge map area). We did have that skin I saw it many (i.e. many) times in beta testing, also saw it many times in Beta testing (twitch), and also er <bang>. I think WM did it as a base maybe? So where did it go? It looks identical to the one we had anyway.

Yep the bombers aren't good, also no cockpits for them. Sim mod is there you just slide the difficulty setting to the next setting no idea why you can't see it. There is also a "custom" setting that comes up when setting things up. Single Player Single Mission Choose a mission like "tangling with the Aces" Then there's a "difficulty setting" in there you can slide along from arcade, Realistic, Sim mode, Custom (here you can choose all sorts which stick for next time). The single missions end after the enemy or target whatever is finished off. Campaign I think you choose to carry on. There's already a request to allow people to carry on to land etc. Hurri or Spit v Me109 over Kent in sim mode is good though, superb visuals, effects and dogfights.

Very odd but maybe as uncleal suggests alter somethings, and before you get close to the 5 mins, save it (save as 'Mine'). Then go back in and try some more for other keys? Also try setting CFS3.exe and OFFManager.exe to run in XP SP3 compatibility mode (see Properties on each file)

We know Bullethead - it's been discussed many times. We play too but as you know with all the variables this isn't easy by a long shot making a computer AI behave like humans in all scenarios. Actually they do bugger off I have seen it many times, even in debug mode we can use, it says they are fleeing, but they fly straight and usually when damaged so slow and cannot avoid getting slaughtered anyway so it defeats the object. If we can improve it we will, we shall see.

Yeah it could be pushing something a bit further than some other sims, there are some free memory checkers around maybe worth a look.

The mission termination seems to vary - in Sim mode I think it usually offers you to carry on. Has for me anyway. Anyway as I say I am not doubting it's not right for you Siggi, but for others it's great fun so people should read all the ins and outs, try the demo and make their minds up. The devs ARE listening, and bringing out features people asked for, so good to me.

Sure for you that's the case, I had no issues offline or online, although I prefer offline and more sim mode. Also I only activated once etc. So everyone's mileage may vary is all I am saying. They are also adding more sim like options (have added lots of customisation already) so no doubt will get better.

Steady on guys, some balance is due. Siggi rather than posting here, ask in the Yuplay official forum, they seem responsive in there. If you change hardware it will (like Vista etc) sometimes cause a problem. You can deactivate the game with a simple exe, run before changing anything, and then reactive afterwards and you lose NO activations. You can also ask nicely in there with the details and they have said they'll listen very sympathically and give you more if needed. Changing a modem should not of course cause a problem, but if it's something you enabled/changed in the BIOS sometimes the BIOS actually writes to the signature on the MBR of your hard drive. Thus if they used that to detect a new PC/hardware it could fail. We all have bad experiences with all sorts of games.It does not mean everyone has the same experience. For me it worked fine and Dogfights over Kent in sim mode are great fun -super visuals too. They are improving all the time, and listening to people. For me it was well worth it. Just my 2c. The issue with textures could well be a new one that appeared, never heard of it previously so give them a chance to fix it?

Maybe you have some disk drive errors. Try a checking it. Otherwise maybe you deleted or moved some files by mistake. You could try a some of the reset options in the workshop first but otherwise yes you may need to reinstall.

One Zero -choose a different nation when you create your pilot then you will see different aircraft selections in Quick Combat, Scenarios, and Campaign whenever you use that pilot. e.g. If you choose German pilot and use him, you will then see the Fokker E.V available.

It's actually nothing to do with the RoF/Neoqb team btw, except the DVD will be distributed by the same distributor 777 Studios. The DRM is similar in that you sign into Yuplay (and also Steam if you buy through Steam). Not sure it's playable with no connection though never tried.
