    Gawd - that thing happens to me in Falcon sometimes - but wasn't sure if it was the physics modeling because I've not seen it in a RL refuel before. If that was me you would have seen me pop up again out of no where 10 seconds later for another near miss - I don't consider what the virtual boomer has to go through obviously................

  15. Probably not - supposed to have joined the first squadrons in Feb 1973

There are quite a few expansion packs he could still do just to upgrade the 5 existing titles potentially and I'm quite interested to see how or if he will develop the new terrain engine which still looks to be at the start of its development. Mobile gaming will probably keep him busy for a while - especially having to check the game still works with each iOS upgrade :)
  17. In the options you should be able to customise the game play options - set "Visual Targetting" to normal or Hard For labels - suggest turning them off totally :)

  23. hmm well should say it made it easier for the controllers in EC-121s etc to find them and provide vectors - the Fighters still had to find them as normal - and the VPAF soon realised what was going on and changed methods anyway.
