    Fantastic F-4 Phantom II Tribute - done in a version of Falcon 4 I know - but one of the best Ive seen - ! The soundtrack is also something else!

  4. The problem is there - its discussed earlier in that SIMHQ thread and he does have a few valid points that I'm sure TK will try to address. The friendly AI in SF2 (may not be as noticable in SF1) will engage enemy jets in flat horizontal turns regardless of their jet or the enemies - so if the jet is a MiG-15/17/19, Vampire, or Meteor they get slaughtered without fail. (this is on all Hard settings btw)

    Using that analogy would suggest there is a ground breaking leap in technology from 4 to 5? An upgrade could also be Lightning F.mk1 to Lightning F.mk2 :yes:

  15. I was defo using an add on Tu-16 for a while - the pilots looked like the Autopilot from "Airplane" http://www.column5.us/sfchart.htm Great find that video - and a missile actually hitting a target!!
  16. You probably need a multicore PC then - it had no effect on my single core Win XP box (32 bit). I use the mod for SF1 games I have on this Win 7 setup and it works fine. I use DX10 on the SF2 series - that mod was only for DX9 stuff anyway - there may be an update I somewhere I guess.
  17. We got one with WOE and WOI I think - its now in SF2, 2E, and 2I as standard
  18. Also - from memory I think it only works on a multicore CPU with Vista/7
  19. I dont think there is actually - but its one of the animation keys - might be Shift + 1 to shift+0 so try them. This of course assumes said parts are mapped to animation keys properly.
  20. ECM can be altered in the weapons editor if its pod based - or in the jets _data.ini if its internal. Radar settings are defined in the _data.ini and _avionics.inis of each jet

    Where did you get that AIM-120s could not be carried internally - was this on the A/B or C? - I have seen diagrams that suggest it can be. As for range - well check out the figures when its past IOC - but I bet it has much better fuel fraction than the FA-18EF (which btw can't carry FA stealthly). What you are saying would suggest that Squadron Leader Steve Long is lying a lot in this video - its the first video: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-10654822
