  1. New York has their own Blue Thunder helicopter

So CCTV operators hold the answer all Women want to know - "Does my bum look big in this" on a more serious note I cant believe many of these cameras can be manned 24 hours a day - think they are there so they can go through the film to watch a replay of you being stabbed. When my car got broken into a few years back it was right by a camera - luckily when I went to see the security guards they said there was no film in it - cant remember why
  2. How exciting my civi job can be

Well you would think so - but perhaps the only thing he devoted his life to was creating anonymity when browsing the web :) Its not too difficult actually - <without saying 2much.......> then photobucket will only get the IP of that server. China would need to find that server and see if its actually logging the connections to it (unlikely) - end of the line until the said person connects again.
  3. How exciting my civi job can be

From that article (although im not taking it word for word) you cant work out whats more idiotic - that bloke or the pathetic justice system we have here for dealing with t***s like that :lazy2:
  4. Was gonna say YAP probably Try the F-4B in 1965 - perhaps add a terrain and green hell trees - and find a way to make the AAA more lethal - that should keep you on your toes.
  5. Fighter Ops - SimHQ Interview

Dunno what the Fuss is tbh - TKs sims are fun in many different ways and can appeal to both game players playing for fun, sim players, and modders alike. He has released a steady stream of these SFP1, SFG, WOV, WOE, First Eagles and WOI over 6 years with more on the horizon - what more could you want. For the Hard Core bunch well there is Falcon and its variants, LOMAC - and in the future there should be a new version of Falcon from Lead Pursuit - and Fighter Ops possibly. Considering how long these take to learn - a new one every 10 years aint a bad idea IMO :D The arcade players have a console anyway and there is plenty of jet fighter arcade games to keep them happy too Theres a ton of choice out there so im not really sure there is much of a downfall going on. If you take into consideration the time it takes to fly a mission in WOV, start modding it etc with all the thousands of mods out there - I cant believe there is anybody out there with enough time on there hands to even worry about it - even less if they have the entire TW series!
  6. 80's Music/Movies Etc

I havnt got Tears for Fears greatest yet - was meaning to get it. There was a film (think it was Donno Darko) I saw a few years back that played one of their tracks (head over heels possibly) and I thought that it still sounded pretty good!
  7. 80's Music/Movies Etc

Yeah thats why I only bother with the greatest hits and compilations like "Now 1985" for most of them - Too young to care about the album stuff to a degree.
  8. 80's Music/Movies Etc

Well thanks for not making me feel so old anyway
  9. 80's Music/Movies Etc

Wendy James - I sure remember that babe :)
  10. 80's Music/Movies Etc

I remember thinking at the end of 1985 (was about 9 at the time) that there was no way that they could follow that year with any better music - but then again that was based on the pop charts - what did I know then! I do have loads of 80s greatest hits and love loads of music from it - some of it legend - some it just makes me embarresed to put it on here! The Jam, Police, Bon Jovi, Madness, Duran Duran, Level 42, UB40, Guns n Roses, Madonna, Queen, U2, Hewy Lewis, The Smiths, Style Council, Stone Roses, Pet Shop Boys (LOL), Beautiful South, Kylie Minogue :) At the time the 80s was amazing - a real get away from the embarassing lame fashion of the 70s where everything seemed to be brown - had loads of film blockbusters with great sound tracks including Back to the future/Ghostbusters/ Indiana Jones/ Star Wars (5/6) / TG - and of course Liverpool dominated the footy! Think it was a great decade for pop culture anyway!

Scenery Skin for the SU-32 Export Fullback (Platypus) (Falcon 4: Allied Force) Falcon 4 Allied Force has planes that are unskinned - and until you play the campaigns you don’t realise what a killer this is seeing a bright white jet! Anyway it’s annoyed me enough to do these skins. The SU-32 model in this sim is hopeless and I can’t find where some of the texture mapping comes from – so its limited effort at best on this one! The following instructions are for installing the skins using LOD Editor: (trust me it ain't rocket science! But you need to be careful) Will see about doing one for the skin pack installer if there is any need.
  12. OMG This is Funny

Wish I could meet women that wild!
  13. You need to get a program like FRAPs or Gamecam that can record as you play.
  14. Hello Will assume a got a good radar lock and were in range before trying to fire the Sparrow?
  15. Parachuting pilots

Do you think you can merge Jet thunder with "Battlefield" guys

Scenery Skin for the F/A-18F Super Hornet and E/A-18G Growler (Falcon 4: Allied Force) 1024x1024 Falcon 4 Allied Force has planes that are unskinned - and until you play the campaigns you don’t realise what a killer this is seeing a bright white jet! Anyway it’s annoyed me enough to do these skins. The following instructions are for installing the skins using LOD Editor: (trust me it ain't rocket science! But you need to be careful) NOTE: The same model and skin is used for the F/A-18F and E/A-18G so we are only installing this once. This skin can only be installed fully using LODEditor I’m afraid due to a fault with the 3D model. Any version that uses the skin pack installer will not have skinned wheels, engine nozzles, pilots and the campaign will still use the unskinned Set 2.
  17. Dual cores were out of my price range in the dark ages (2005 ) - next system will be multi core though
  18. Taking Pictures

A YF-22 and an XB-70 in 1 picture - nice one! That Valkyrie is massive!
  19. Wow - not sure if the trailer for "Hot Shots" was that funny

There are many unskinned jets in Allied Force - and I haven’t got enough years left to make skins for all of them - so if you are that bothered about unskinned jets this is a brief how to on how to convert files for use with Falcon 4:Allied Force. I could just post the skins Ive converted over but they are not my skins – so you will need to do a bit of DIY. The process is very time consuming but not difficult although probably not for the faint hearted Guide is in Word 2002 and html formats.
  21. And never ever ever dive into 400 Mig-21s - particularly if you are listening to barbers Adagio for Strings on your winamp thing :no2:
  22. 1. See the knowledgebase : http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=8452 there may be some other old threads on this also 2. not sure really - think SF Gold could play online with Strike fighters - but as for the other versions there may be too many differences. Usually both players have to have the same installs with the same jets etc.
  23. Very rarely play music while flying personally - although when I have ive just ran Media Player in the background. I realise a lower spec PC may not be able to handle this but its worth a try.

Scenary skin for the F/A-18E (Falcon 4: Allied Force ) 1024x1024 This is a slight rework of my E/A-18G skin - Falcon 4: Allied Force has various planes that are unskinned - and until you play the campaigns you dont realise what a killer this is seeing a bright white jet while browsing through the freindlies! Anyway its annoyed me enough to do these skins. The included instructions are for installing the skins using LOD Editor - though trust me it ain't rocket science - just time consuming. Once I have time I may get it to work with the skinpack installer from gamers tools if any demand.
