The Mitsubishi F-2A is a fighter aircraft based on the Lockheed Martin F-16 although very diffent in terms of shape, size, and avionics.
The F-2A is Manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and Lockheed Martin for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, with a 60/40 split in manufacturing between Japan and the USA. Production started in 1996 and the first aircraft entered service in 2000. By 2008, the first 76 aircraft are expected to be in service, with a total of 94 airframes under contract.(Wikipedia)

Basic CCIP for A-6A to simulate a DIANE level bombing system.
For Stock A-6A WOV (Version September 2008) only tested on Hard Avionics

Issues:
1. No Terrain Avoidance Radar mode with new avionics
2. Unguided rockets uses the same CCIP sight - its an in game thing so you will just have to ignore it
Its useless for targetting anyway.

Falcon 4 Allied Force has planes that are unskinned - and until you play the campaigns you don’t realise what a killer this is seeing a bright white jet! Anyway it’s annoyed me enough to do these skins.
The SU-32 model in this sim is hopeless and I can’t find where some of the texture mapping comes from – so its limited effort at best on this one!
The following instructions are for installing the skins using LOD Editor: (trust me it ain't rocket science! But you need to be careful)
Will see about doing one for the skin pack installer if there is any need.

This is a slight rework of my E/A-18G skin - Falcon 4: Allied Force has various planes that are unskinned - and until you play the campaigns you dont realise what a killer this is seeing a bright white jet while browsing through the freindlies! Anyway its annoyed me enough to do these skins.
The included instructions are for installing the skins using LOD Editor - though trust me it ain't rocket science - just time consuming.
Once I have time I may get it to work with the skinpack installer from gamers tools if any demand.

Converting skins for use in Allied Force

There are many unskinned jets in Allied Force - and I haven’t got enough years left to make skins for all of them - so if you are that bothered about unskinned jets this is a brief how to on how to convert files for use with Falcon 4:Allied Force.
I could just post the skins Ive converted over but they are not my skins – so you will need to do a bit of DIY.
The process is very time consuming but not difficult although probably not for the faint hearted
Guide is in Word 2002 and html formats.

NOTE: The same model and skin is used for the F/A-18F and E/A-18G so we are only installing this once.
This skin can only be installed fully using LODEditor I’m afraid due to a fault with the 3D model. Any version that uses the skin pack installer will not have skinned wheels, engine nozzles, pilots and the campaign will still use the unskinned Set 2.

Jaguar GR1 - RAF camo touch up

Touch up of the default RAF 41 sq skin skin for the Mirage Factory Jaguar GR1 (1024x1024)
This skin was done a while back now for myself and addresses the following:
1. Overall colour scheme darkened.
2. Some detail added to engine nozzles and heat shields.
3. Inside of air intakes are no longer white.
4. Mud added for all those landings on wet country roads :)
Have included some revised drop tank and rack skins so the colours match

Templates for Mirage Factory F-16A model

Templates were created in GIMP but are included in both .xcf and .psd format for photoshop users.
Before you do anything unhide all the layers to make sure it hasnt already been done!

The F-16A Block 15 for the FAV - or Venezuelan Air force in service from 1982 to present.
Strike Fighters / WOV / WOE Service Pack 4 only.
Install Instructions included for the extra weapons and white fuel tanks - also how to put Venezuela in the game as an enemy or freindly.
2 x FAV skins included (1024x1024)
Many thanks to the Viper team who put this excellent F-16 project together in the first place and also for allowing me to modify it.
Known Issues
1. The Ground Radar does not work due to use of the advanced avionics DLL - a known issue that Thirdwire are looking into.
2. The cheek station for the Litening pod is not implemented on this model

Issues:
For some reason including Decal001/2/5/6 in the Decal.ini file puts a faint grey line on the nose and a faint dark line under the intake. I will need to try either moving them slightly or putting them onto the skin :(

This is basically an altered version of my Top Gun aggressor skin below - so is not entirely
realistic - but even I can have fun sometimes :)
