    The only thing wrong that I can see is the your decal 1&2 entries are different scales.....maye the second one Scale=1.0, is covering the others, unlikley but worth looking at.

  5. I think I had it set up to use MF weapons, the tanks are the F-4G Hill Grey ones, everything appears as it should in "my install"....but thats not saying it will work for everybody...

Looks like its the size of the decal as opposed to the size of the fin on the bmp....ie, if your decal is on a 512x512 file and virtually fills it, then the fin would also need cover roughly the same area on its bmp to get the same result. 72px/inch is constant regardless of the file size........ if you know what I mean.
  10. Getting rid of the white background & replacing it with a similar shade of green has cured all the white outlines for me.... btw....nice job.

Tell me, I'm all ears, that was a wip pic I hadnt got round to the decals yet, but I'd be intrested to hear what font you would suggest, I spend ages messing with the horizontal/verticle scaling, the leading, tracking & kerning & sometimes they still dont look right so I end up making my own [which I find harder than skinning]. So if you already use an off the shelf font please fill me in......this is'nt a pissing contest.

  25. I'm at work right now but IIRC Mike renamed the stock F-4D.LOD to something like F4DLORAN.LOD [going by what the config ini calls for] all I did was replace this with the stock entry & left the lod in the cat file....sorry if I'm not being very clear.
