I don't consider it as done as I'd like yet -as in some targetareas need replacements which is very very lenghty and tedious process despite having Mue's awesome tool- but I decided I'll release it as I'll be occupied with work in coming weeks and hate to keep what's in fact finished mod to myself lol
  3. if you are one of those using DAT's planes and find the canopy glass too foggy/dull/uniform, simply extract this file to OBJECTS folder, it has list of shaders linked with canopy textures like stock aircraft do: AIRCRAFTSHADERS.ZIP DAT uses mainly one of two 1x1 pixel glass textures, ClrGlass.tga or CLEARCANOPYGLASS.tga so it was matter of listing those in the shaders section, should look less uninteresting now
  4. lost most of interest in 1980+ scenarios and settings to be honest, find the dawn of jet era the most fascinating, up to say Nam. Plenty of things happening in that period, not everything covered in this series yet

  9. PM sent nah can't send it via PM, here it is: 30mm muzzle effects.7z currently it replaces all 30mm muzzleflashes so Avenger might look little odd edit: it's a bit wanky currently but differes from the stock 30mm for sure, the muzzle fire lasts longer as it seems to do on the picture

    This is dedicated Fouga Magister CM.170 / IAF Tzukit cockpit as included in The Scandinavian Front 2 expansion pack released earlier this year. Uploaded for convinience as separate entry as not everyone might have interest in TSF2 mod (silly you!) or be aware that such a thing exists (doom on you!) Installation is simple drag and drop into your desired aircraft. There are both english/french cockpit textures aswell as finnish ones included, the english/french ones enabled by default. My patented damage FX included for extra immersion. Have fun Stary

  18. this simple old idea could work IF I had a guy able to rewrite several shaders to include backface normals calculations for terrain and TOD files... Mue perhaps?

I think the plane fixes wouldn't be that much if we keep it ally/enemy AI only bomber akin to say Il-28 (thought that one has my custom cockpit) don't look at me I promised some good folks here stuff that will keep me occupied till 2016, not to mention my own work I would like to kick outta door

Russo I discovered few days ago looking at my La-15 cockpit and the real thing that both me and you get it wrong regarding the front whindshield -it reality it's not connected with the canopy main faming, leaving glass space, the windshield is more round, almost completely round. If you do have some La-15 topic of your own I could reply there
