No, he made something, of course. But he never published his work on the Junkers J.1, so everything 'gone with the wind', like Geezer himself.

I also believe! I'm generally a naive person...

As for me, so far I have nothing to brag about. I just “covered” the tail of the plane with lozenge canvas and coarse painted the upper wings with purple spots. And I just started to imitate a corrugated surface. All this is very far from perfect. But here is the smallest improvement - the Decal file (drop it into your JunkersJ1/German Camo1 folder) - this will allow the plane to fly with identification marks. I also enclose a slightly modified JunkersJ1_DATA.ini file, which at least allows the gunner to conduct defensive fire. The pilot seat position adapted for the stock TW-made pilot. The model still has a problem with its position on the ground, but now it doesn't bury its tail. JunkersJ1_files.rar

Thank you! Mutually!

Note: The war you are talking about was between the Polish Republic and the Soviet Russia aka the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic (the RSFSR). The Soviet Union was formed on December 30, 1922.

This aircraft has a very interesting flight model (thanks to the Ojcar who created it!). The plane seems to be "hanging" on the control stick. All the time you need to deal with gravity, because the plane has a clear tendency to dive, so the pilot should not weaken his attention during the flight. At the same time, the aircraft is very agile, as befits a "large battle-plane."

Sorry for offtop, but if someone can't wait for Triplane at all, he can still be satisfied with an old and simple model by A-Team. ;)

German tac bombers-Albatros G.III Grosskampfflugzeug

If you have not been banned by Capun, then you can get this Gotha G.IV on his downloads page. It will take a tedious registration. http://cplengineeringllc.com/SFP1/ -
Are you talking about this Geezer's model, of course? Yes, it could be a unique model with excellent detail. But vague doubts torment me that we will someday see the implementation of this (and many other) of his projects ...

Yes, indeed, it looks good. I wonder how you managed to make fluttering streamers for the Pfalz? As far as I remember, M.S. N flap streamers were an integral part of the 3d model, while Stephen1918 created static streamers.

Albatros Oeffag ba.253 skin
Crawford replied to Eugene2's topic in Thirdwire - First Eagles 1&2 File Announcements
Great skin, thanks! I can only add that since the TextureSet file is included in the download, nothing needs to be added manually. Just drop unzipped "GreenPhR" folder into your "oefD3_ba253" folder and the next time you start the game, the game will do the rest. -
Soviet Green I-15
Crawford replied to Blade's topic in Thirdwire - First Eagles 1&2 File Announcements
I-15bis (I-152) fought in China - a slightly different modification of the aircraft. They had a different engine (with a NACA hood) and a “normal” upper wing (not in the seagull shape). -

Helicopter Tail Rotors
Crawford replied to RUSTYMORLEY's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
Alas, the problem is not in terrains at all. As you can see, in the 3D model of your Bo-105 there are no Fast/SlowPropNodes for the Tail Rotor. Therefore, simply editing DATA.INI can't fix anything. The game engine cannot rotate the prop at high speed if this is not included in the model. With some caveats, this works well with a wind-driven fuel pumps and generators of aircraft of the WWI (Camel F1, Salmson 2A2, RAF FE8, Martinsyde G100 etc) and WW2, but it is practically unsuitable for the main propellers and rotors. -

Any rather bad sight wouldn't be a bad thing for the Heinkel too -

Thank you Steve, this is a very cool mod. Interestingly, version 1.0.0 is indicated. This allows us to hope that after a while a new version will appear with a large number of simple but attractive details (air flow divider in front of the radiator, step on board near the cockpit and steps on the landing gear struts)? ;) -
Yes, those guys have both versions of the Pfalz D.3, but Geezer’s work is many, many times better!
