The samples were taken from a site that had this scheme, so that's the only resource I had.

That's interesting, because the only "mod eagle" schemes I know are the ones used on the F-15 (later modified for the Raptor) which are generally blue-greyish with different shades depending on the period. Maybe there was some special one with this dark grey color with a little bit of green.

When I try to open, Winrar errors out with "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged."
Seems like it might be corrupted, not sure though.

I downloaded it using my other PC and opened with Winrar. It works fine, so I have no idea why this happens to you. :dntknw: Is your Winrar up to date? Maybe try some different program to open the archive.

  3. I think that loadouts with external weapons under wings look a little bit odd because they significantly increase the radar cross section of the aircraft. One of the biggest advantages of the F-22 is its stealth capability, although it is not properly featured in SF2. I think that the loadouts should be more realistic which means limited to internal weapon bays. I also think that you should replace GBU-39 with GBU-40 in Anti-Ship and Attack loadouts. GBU-40s are able to hit moving targets while GBU-39s are not. I would also suggest to replace GBU-39 in Strike loadout with GBU-31, GBU-32 or AGM-154C.
