*Important Note:
The main reason for SF2 and/or SF2E, is this aircraft now uses the stock Hunter FGA.9 cockpit. Should be available in all versions, excepting stand-alone SF2V (and even then, possibly when merged, even using the SF2V exe?). In other words ... any SF2 install that has access to the Hunter 9's cockpit parts.

This is an upgrade/mod of the SAAB J29F Tunnan, as released by Phlerp & Co in either 2004 or 2006 (the lod is dated 2004, and the original readme in dated 2006. Go Figure!)
Several small tweeks to the various inis have been done; the cockpit switched to the stock Hunter 9, all skins and decals are setup SF2 style, and all weapons for this aircraft are included. I couldn't positiviely ID the canopy node, so that is NOT working. The weapons are taken from the GunnyPak, so if you have them installed, just allow the overwrite. There are also landing lights.<grin> The destroyed model uses a stock 3rdWire one available in ALL versions, so won't be any issue there (Fresco).
The damage textures have been converted to dds format; however the original tgas ARE included. A new SF2-style hangar screen in included. Avionics mods adds a radar-ranging gunsight (weither this is historically accurate??? don't know!). A new Userlist ini is included; with luck I got the years right (or close enough)
As always, READ the enclosed readme for full, highly detailed, step-by-step install instructions. This package is set up for a 'drag and drop' style of installation -- everything has been divided into the proper folder format that SF2 needs/wants/requires. Of course, the usual "Notes" section for other stuff.

DH Sea Vixen FAW.1 & 2 Replacement Data Inis

This small package contains data inis for =BOTH= the Sea Vixen FAW.1 and FAW.2, allowing them to trap on aircraft carriers.
It is to be applied to my Sea Vixen Pak located at the following url:

Seahawk Mk.101, Indian Naval Air Service
= For SF2 series Games, Full 5 Merged and/or SF2NA ONLY -WITH- Expansion Pak2!! =

*As stated above you MUST have a Full-5 Merged install with SF2:NA, at the latest (6/2012) patch level to take advantage of the 'carrier operations' it brings. Also, if using one of the optional cockpits, you'll need Expansion Pak 2, as one of these optional cockpits references the EE Lightning F.1.

This package is designed to upgrade/update the INAS Seahawk Mk.101, from Paulopanz's pak, available at the following url:

Due to some rather 'odd' changes/behaviors from one of the recent patchs, it seems that radar equipped aircraft having cockpits -without- the scope no longer show the radar screen 'popup' in the corner on Normal Flight mode. This should eliminate that issue, at least on this aircraft. While the 2 radar-eqipped cockpits are not perfect matches, they work pretty well. Details on selection are in the "To Install" section. Screenies included in this pack show the 2 different radar-equipped pits for ease of selection.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. Please READ them! Also, the "Notes" section for more details, especially on selecting the optional cockpits.

Dassault Mirage5COA, Fuerza Aérea Colombiana
= For SF2, (Full-4 Merged Installs, at minimum, SF2:E & SF2:I) =
As stated, this pak will =only= work with a Full-4 Merged install, as it makes use of the Mirage5F lod from SF2:E, and the Nesher cockpit from SF2:I. Obvioulsly, if you have both of these, it'll work (ie: Full-4 merged is best!).
This mod represents Mirage 5(COA) aircraft from the Colombian Air Force, with historically accurate serial numbers. All loadouts use 100% stock, in-game items. The canopy has been activated via a manual animation key; use Shift/0 to open and close it. The data and userlist inis have been set to a 'single nation use only' type. Landing lights have also been added, for those pesky night flights. An SF2 style hangar screen is also included.
As always, easy to folllow install instructions are included; so read and follow them!

Dassault Mirage F.1C by TMF
For SF2 (any and all, Merged or not)
This is a semi-complete upgrade of The Mirage Factory's Mirage F.1C to SF2 standards.I call this 'semi-complete', as some tweeks are still needed (see "Notes" below). A cockpit upgrade, loosly based on my AMI F-104S-ASA-M adds a working HUD for all modes, various A-A modes, and Ground Mapping. Some functions may be too modern, but hey, it all works!!! The cockpit is still the Zippers, as originally released with. A new userlist ini is also included, with hopefully everyone and fairly close operational years. A new SF2 style Hangar screen is also included!
Several weapons are included, from the GunnyPak. Loadouts are set for mostly French weapons, with the occasional NATO slipping in (Sidewinders in the early operational years). (see Notes for comments on the desert skinned drop tank)

Dassault Mirage IIIO, RAAF
For SF2, Full-4 Merged -or, at MINIMUM!- SF2:E and/or SF2:I
*Note: it should be stipulated at this time, that this aircraft mod is being released as a "stand in" until the proper 3 versions are completed and released by The Mirage Factory. At such time, my reccomendation is to delete this mod, as the TMF versions will be the correct 'body type' for F, A and F/A III0s as used by the RAAF*
This mod creates a 'stand alone' aircraft, using all in-house/in-game stock bits, to recreate some of the Mirage IIIO (F/A) used by the RAAF. This makes this mod slightly historically innaccurate, as mentioned above, there were 3 versions. This sorta kinda combines them.
You MUST have, at the least, SF2:E to access the MirageIIIC lods, and SF2:I to access the Shahak's cockpit. Therefore, this mod is truely, ONLY reccomended for a Full-4 Merged install, as the Game Engine will have full access to all the bits needed from the all the Object cats.
The 5 Skins are included with the pak are:
75 Squadron, in Natural Metal in the 1960s (called 75SqdnOld)
76 Squadron, also in NM for the 1960s (called 76SqdnOld)
3 Squadron, in gray/green camo for post-1970 usage *
75 Squadron, also in G/G Camo
77 Squadron, also in G/G camo

*note: squadron badge decal is active, when in Real Life it was not,according to what little photographic evidence I could discover. A simple edit of the decals ini will remove it for the Historically Correct practicioner.*
As all markings are decals, it should be a simple matter for other skinners to create other squadrons by simply shifting decals around (Example: a NM 3 Squadron).
All new, 100% historically accurate* serial number decals have been created for all aircraft. Data ini edits change (essentially) nothing, but nationalizing the aircraft to Australia, and adding landing lights. A new userlist is incuded . The canopy is activated via an animation key; use shift/0 to open and close it.
Avionics mods add an audio-only RWR, and the Ground Mapping radar seen on the "A" variant, which was added to all at various times, creating the Mirage IIIO F/A. It's active on ALL, so just pretend. Loadouts are standard 3rdWire. No weapons pak is needed, and it should work with any/all/or none (ie: stock weapons)
*My research has shown that pretty much ALL the 116 III0s served with pretty much ALL RAAF Mirage squadrons at one time or another. So, don't be surprised to see some serials duplicated.*

This pack contains 3 complete aircraft:

All skin textures are jpg, and Decal randomization is set to TRUE. Almost all weapons are supplied; several of the unguided rockets and the AIM-9L/9P use stock 3W items (of course, if you have 3rdParty ones in your install, it'll use them). ECM/CM pods have been updated to the latest SF2 standards.

Sukhoi Su-9A/9B and Su-11 Upgrade Pak for SF2 series
A relatively large upgrade pak, with some relatively minor tweeks for Pakso's Fishpot series of Soviet Interceptors, for use with SF2 Series games, either stand-alone or full merged installs. As seen in the original Upgrade pak, landing lights have been added, and in this pak, canopies have been activated via a manual animation key (Shift/0). Landing gear rolling radi have been adjusted to make the aircraft sit a little more evenly in SF2. Afterburner effects have been swichted over to a stock, game supplied one. No other changes to the FM have been effected; there is the occasional 'burp' in it, but it flys and handles quite nicely, given the time passed from their Original Release .
This package, broken down into individual folder for ease of installation, is the COMPLETE Package of all 3 aircraft, and includes the changes from the WoE 08 Upgrade Pak. Mostly consisting of ini mods, that 'tweek' the data, and loadout inis, making them more usable in the SF2 series. Ordway's cockpits are also included, as is my 'instructional' text and jpg for use with the gunpods on the Su-11.
This pack is designed to work with any, or no Weapons Pak, as Weapons ARE included, for those that don't have/use a weapons pak. PLEASE read the Notes below for some explainations of whyfores and wherefores, with reference to the Su-11.
New 'generic' SF2-style hangar screens are also included for all 3 aircaft. Userlists have also been created, thereby limiting their 'deployment' only to the Soviet Air Force.
This mod has been tested in SF2, Full 4-merged sims, at the May 2010 patch level. I haven't tested it in SF/Wo*, but don't feel there'd be any major differences, other than how the weapons are handeled. However, the landing gear rolling radui has been adjusted for SF2, and may need readjustment for 1stGens. The canopy fixes used here can be easily applied to the original 08 upgrade pak quickly, easily and with no problems.
As always, it's reccomended to read this document through; there's some explainations along with the instructions as to why/how certain things were done. Also, for a full lisitng of Credits and Sources.

Type 74 Fishbed-D, Indian Air Force
=For SF2, Full-4 Merged

From the India/Pakistan Mod.
This is the Type 74, a variant of the 21FL, as first used by the Indian Air Force. This was their first supersonic aircraft (and their first Fishbed), and bears the marking of No. 28 Squadron, "First Supersonics"
All decals/serial numbers are 100% historically correct for this model. (just wish there was more of them...)
A new weapon, the GP-9 gun pod from the Type77 mod, is included. All other weapons used at stock. (historcally, first used on this mark)
A new avionics ini is included with an audio-only RWR and a radar-ranging gunsight.
This mod creates a single-user 'nationalized' version for the IAF. Even though a userlist is included, the data ini has been adjusted such that it's not Exported, and is assigned India as the only nation user.
This package is the compliation of work by many talented people -- they are listed in the Credits secion below. You'd do well to read it, and thank them.

HAL Type 77/77 Late Fishbed, Indian Air Force

From the India/Pakistan Mod.
This is the MiG-21FL as used/produced by HAL for the Indian Air Force. There are 2 full versions of the aircraft in this package, both the Early and Late models. This is a nationalized, single-user version that will create 2 new seperate aircraft for your enjoyment.
The 77 (early) has 7 skins, and the Late has 3. All decals/serial numbers are 100% historically correct for this model.
A new weapon, an several "other items" are added - the GP-9 gun pod, and some other 'goodies' added via the FakePilot method for the 77Late.
This package is the compliation of work by many talented people -- they are in the text file called "ori-readme.txt" by PauloPanz. You'd do well to read it, and thank them. I just assembled this package.

EAF MiG-17F Fresco-C Fighter-Bomber Mod
=For SF2, Any and All - Reccomended for Use in SF2:I=
This is a revamping of my 2008 releade of the same aircraft, now updated/tweeked/fiddled with for SF2*. As such, it is my not-so-humble attempt to duplicate the fighter-bomber modifications the EAF performed on their MiG-17's during the 6 Day War.
*meaning....I'd forgotten I was doing it and stumbled across it 'hidden' in SF2I!*
Inis have been adjusted to make use of various and sundry imporvement since the initial release.
This is a complete package, with weapons*, skins, cockpit (Ordway's Fresco pit). Markings make use of all stock in-game decals. The only thing =NOT=included is the Fresco's LOD, as it's pretty much available in ALL versions of SF2. Loadouts have been 'adjusted', using the new 'change by year' feature, to discontinue use of the Sakr pak, and return to standard UB series rocket pods around 1975. The data ini (ie: Flight Model) is fully updated to the latest patch level (Oct 2011 -not the betas)
*weapons included are the Sakr rocket rack and pylon set. It uses the S-5 57mm rocket that should be stock in all installs. The FAB-100 may require the GunnyPak*

SF2 Korean War Era MiG-15bis Pak
= For SF2, Full-5 Merged =WITH= SF2I ExpansionPak 1 (Required!!!) =
*Note: you must have SF2I Expansion Pak 1 to gain access to the MiG-15bis lod!! Without it, this mod will do you no good!!*
This is a reskin/nationalization of the stock 3W MiG-15bis Fagot-B for use in a KAW envrionment.
The data ini (FM) is exceedingly close to RealLife. The 'nation name' and userlist have been limited to China and NKorea. Not only will this 'fix' the aircraft to KAW, but it will also NOT be overwritten by patching or the game-generated random re-rwrites that kill all AI-only aircraft made User-Flyable.
There are 2 skins supplied, all in jpg format:
NK2- a generic silver with red nose and fin top
NKSilver- which is my "The Hunters" MiG skin (aka "Casey Jones" 7-11 skin)
Decal radomization is set to TRUE
When in-game, you'll see
MiG-15bis "Fagot-B" (NK)
on the aircraft selection drop-down menu.
The window opens with the standard animaion keystroke, shift/0.

Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star, Skin & Ini Update Pak
For SF2, Any and All versions. (although Full-4 merged, with Expansion Pak 1 is HIGHLY reccomended for some weapons that might be needed!!)
This package contains Pakso's F-80C "Shooting Star" kinda-sorta updated for SF2.
This is a full aircraft package, with 3 skin/decal sets:
A 'base' USAF skin (my 416th FG with all the cool nose arts),
A new FAC (Colombian Air Force) skin,
and a 'Plane-Jane' generic natual metal, also tagged for USAF (easily used on others; this skin points to the 416th for some decals).
There are many more skins for the F-80 in the SF/Wo* downloads section. The cockpit is included.
Many of the 'tweeks' in the package are from several other mods, either by me or other folks I can't remember (oh! age!!). Other edits give you a manual animation keyed canopy (use Shift/0 to open/close), landing lights, a new SF2 UserList, updated avionics that give you the radar ranging gunsight. The main F-80C.ini is 'cleaned' out as to skin listings, so any others you may have will automatically add. A 'generic USAF' SF2 style hangar screen is included. It should be noted here, that although this is mostly for the FAC skin pak, it should be consided an SF2 update for the entire aircraft. Some changes have been made to the Flight Model, but it could use further refinements (flys ok on Normal)
The WW2 era bombs are =NOT= included, but the 2 drop tanks are and a 'new' rack for the HVARs is. The other items are available in the GunnyPak or if industrious, you can edit the loadout ini to use 3rdWire WW2 bombs from SF2:I Expansion Pak 1. Details are in the loadout ini (although TK neglected to add the AN/M65 1000 pounder..

A-4Ku Skyhawk (Kuwait AF) Update Pak
= For SF2, Any & All (Full-4 Merged Reccomended) =
*NOTE: usable in any and all SF2 versions that have access to the A-4F_78 lod and A-7D cockpits. Hence, the Full-4 Merged Reccomendation*
Based "loosely" off dtmdragon's SF1 port.
Completely new skins, from a Home Grown Template , and all new BuNum* decals (in fact, as usual, ALL markings are decals). The 2 skins supplied are, well, identical! Excepting the "Free_Kuwait" skin will automatically start in 1991, for ODS, and have the "FREE KUWAIT" fuselage banner decal.
The cockpit used, while not correct, does have pretty much everthing working as the A-4M this is based on should; research has pointed to them having the APR-53 radar, so I added it back. Therefore, 100% accuracy is NOT claimed for this mod.
Loadouts are pretty standard, dumb bombs and so forth. The aircraft is LGB capable, but no evidence has turned up the KuAF used Paveways. Canopy operates via the Standard Animation Key , Shift/0. All loadouts use stock in-game items.
